The Good: polite staff, seemingly knowledgeable, and resolved my broken screen. Given my extended wait due to staffing issues (see below), and some additional technical issues they found when they open my phone, Nick provided me good service with a clear focus on ensuring I was pleased with my interactions with the store/staff. The Less Than Perfect: I worked mainly with Nick, the store manager, and he was very polite and friendly. However, I would encourage that if you need a repair done you try to avoid having to have it worked on during the weekend. The store the day I came in was very short staffed, as it appeared it was only Nick behind the counter and on the floor that Sunday mid-day. So, the original estimated time to complete the repair ended up taking well over an hour and a half longer and then he had stated at the outset. Several staff came in later, but I finally ended up leaving my phone with him at the store and coming back just before mall close to pick it up. Nick and Zach (another technician), ended up teaming up to finally figure out what else was going on with my phone and to fix it. So I appreciate the teamwork! All seems well at this point, however my fingerprint ID does not seem to be working now with the new screen. So, note to other iPhone users, this could be a glitch you encounter when replacing a screen. I will have to call Cellaris back, and see if there is a way that they can help.

Couldnt fix my phone, gave me the wrong phone back, and lost my SIM tray. Stay away. Terribly mismanaged. I took my dead 64G iPhone 6s in for water damage. There was no follow-up and I was given incorrect and inconsistent information when I called for updates. When they gave me my non-working phone back (and charged me $50 for their unsuccessful efforts) they only then disclosed that Apple would not likely allow me to trade my phone in for a $299 out of warrenty replacement because it had been worked on by a third party. I then took my phone to Apple, explained what happened, and they replaced my phone. When I hit home and restored my phone from a recent backup I realized I now had a 16G phone! I ultimately determined that Cellairis gave me someone elses (Mr. Stoddard according to them) 16G phone instead of my 64G phone. What a mess. After a long wait they eventually found my phone, and gave it to me (with a missing SIM tray), and refunded my money. While terribly mismanaged, the staff was courteous and apologetic. Ill never go back.

I had the best service at this location. Jared was fantastic some of the best customer service I have had in retail in a VERY long time. My daughter cracked her pad mini screen and it was in need of repair. We spoke to Jared at the kiosk and he sent us to the store to drop it off. He explained the wait time to be 2 days. I called on the second day and it was still not ready. Day 3 spoke to another respresntative who stated it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store to pick it up, they realized it was still having an issue so they continued to work on the Ipad while I waited. Jared walked in and the rep handed it to Jared for him to complete the process. Jared noticed immediately that it was not aligned corretly and apologized numerous times but he did not want to release sub par work. I went back in the next day and it was ready and working GREAT! I again got to experience Jarred and his excellent customer service skills. Thanks for the great work and customer service Jarred.

Horrible experience. Dropped off an iPad for a simple screen repair. Was told after a couple weeks the technician had broken the home button while doing that screen fix and they would need to send it off for additional repairs. They offered me a first gen iPad mini if I didnt want to wait. Well no I didnt want a 4 year old machine thats smaller than what I had. At the end of the day it took over 90 days to finally get my iPad back. The screen still wasnt fully affixed to the body and the quality was significantly less than what the original screen offered. Throughout this process the techs and employees in the store were difficult to deal with and indifferent to the fact they had caused the issues. Lastly I was told I had a year warranty on the new screen. Sure enough after 4-5 months of use the new screen started cracking. I took it back in and was told I only had a 90 day screen warranty. Complete and utter waste of time. Wouldnt recommend to anyone

Rip off they broke my phone The role my 6plus and ripped out the ribbon cable when attempting to repair the home button. They agreed to replace the phone and they did with a refurbished poor condition phone with a NON WORKING home button. Ok so now they are trying to give me a phone that also does not have a working home button and then Catherine me $75 for a repair.!!!! They repaired nothing. They broke my phone gave me a replacement phone and wanted to charge me $75! I guess they think customers are idiots. This is a plain and simple attempt to rip customers off. I was a loyal customer who spent thousands over the years with them buying accessories and screen protectors and screen repairs and this is how they nickel and dime customers. Dont ever take your phone to an accessory store. These are not technicians, they are young sales people screwing with your phone. I plan to sue. Thats the message they will understand.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I took my phone in to get the screen replaced, and the manager, Nick Utz, was absolutely awesome to work with! He ended up fixing my speaker and correcting the damage from a previous repair from a different company I had taken my phone to before. He went above and beyond to get my phone back into good condition and even worked out some awesome deals with me! Not to mention, they price matched with Apple! Right after I left the store I experienced some software/hardware issues with the phone that had nothing to do with the work that was done by Cellairis on the phone, however, Nick is currently working with me to get my phone up and running again! I would recommend this company 100% for any of your cell phone needs & you can always rely on awesome customer service!

I had the best service at this location I have ever had before at a Cellairis store. Jarred was so friendly and provided excellent customer service and found exactly what I was looking for by just describing what I was wanting for my Samsung galaxy note 3. I got a screen protector, wallet case, and a blue tooth for a great deal as well. Michael and Alexa were also extremely professional and helped my 2 other friends that were with me. One was just buying a phone case, but the other was getting there cracked iPhone screen fixed and this was the 3rd time(they drop it alot), but this store did it in such a fast pace and affordable price and it looks brand new again. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this location because the staff actually cares and help you find what your looking for.
