Ive used uBreakiFix in the past when I cracked my i-phone screen and had the screen replaced with no incident so when I cracked the screen on my Moto X, I took it there for the repair. Unfortunately, my experience this time was anything but satisfactory. Several days after picking up my phone, apps would open suddenly and input would register as if the screen was being touched even when I wasnt holding the phone. Since uBreakiFix advertises a warranty, I took it back to have the screen replaced. Since the phone was unusable, I left it at the store. Considering that the phone was unusable due to a warranty issue, youd think that uBreakiFix would expedite delivery of the new screen, but no, it took about a week for the new screen to come in. uBreakiFix eventually replaced the screen - with a screen that bled at the corner. Instead of calling and notifying me (and ordering a second replacement screen immediately), they pointed it out when I went to pick up my phone. Since the phone was usable, I took it expecting a call when the second replacement screen was available. That call never came. Finally after nearly two weeks, I called and was told that the screen was there and I could come in. I was out of the country, and before coming in to have the screen replaced, I dropped my phone cracking the screen. Several hours after I dropped my phone off to have the second defective screen replaced, uBreakiFix called and said that since the screen was now cracked, it wasnt a warranty issue and that they would have to charge me for the screen. The screen that was cracked was the same screen that was defective and bled at the corner. I cant recommend a repair store that purchases screens from a supplier that delivers two consecutive faulty screens and tries to charge for the second defective screen. Even if uBreakiFix cant return the screen to the supplier as defective because of the crack, considering the crappy customer service Ive experienced, they should eat the cost.

Ok I have to give this place a great review! Sean and Justin saved my severely water damage phone and I have to thank them! I was desperate...I had no idea I had water damage with my iPhone 5, after letting a server charge my phone at a bar and she brought it back with it flashing crazy lights and eventually shutting completely down. I had no idea what was wrong with the phone until I took it to Apple the next day, and bingo - they discovered water damage - a flood house and it was going to take me out of warranty in which they wanted me to pay $280 for a replacement phone. I was livid, and refused to give them my money so I opted for a second opinion, in which I tried to go to a kiosk in the mall that specializes in iPhone repair, in which they told me I had water damage that they couldnt fix. So I went home and Googled places in Atlanta to fix water damage phones. I saw a couple of places but this place had the best stars and ratings so I went here. I had to get this repaired, but because of their cleaning system it did take 3 days to get the phone back so FYI if you have water damage it wont be the same day. So after 3 days I was antsy, going through iPhone withdrawals and I did get the phone back, but there were some additional problems that happened due to the severe water damage that I wasnt prepared for financially, but Sean was very nice and worked with me. There were also some technical issues that Sean and Justin took A LOT of time and patience to revive my phone from the dead. I mean I thought my phone was a goner and they did save it. I definitely saved money and my phone data/memory/contacts (because iPhone wasnt backed up properly) and I was just so happy I didnt have to dish out the extra $300 to Apple for something I didnt do. So if you have water damage and dont want to get a new phone and pay that price please come here! They will take care of you!

Please do not waste your time at these phone repair places. If you are technologically inclined in any way you are better off buying the parts and repairing the phone yourself like I usually do. It is roughly 1/3 rd the price. I took my phone in for repairs and was told it would take a few hours to fix. I waited around the location for 4 hours, only to be told that it would not be fixed until the next day. The next day when I came back. The employee did a quick "quality" check for my phone to make sure everything was working properly. After about a 30 second check he said the phone was good to go. 1. The glue from where they attached the replacement screen is showing tremendously which is a sign of bad craftsmanship. I was told I could just scrap that off later. My actual housing case on my phone is now bent. And not a minor bend, a major bend. And now my headphone jack does not work. I know for a fact, my case was not bent, and my headphone jack was functional prior to getting my phone fixed at this place. When I informed this company of the issue, I was told "Well we fixed the screen so we did our job". I paid 140.00 dollars to fix a minor crack in my screen, and got a bent case and a broken headphone jack. Please save your time and money by not going to this store.

a man to have glass replaced on note 3 took 4 hours when they gave me back my phone my phone said that the phone will no longer read my sim card so I told them they took it in the back came out and said they have no idea I told him it was working before and show them the missed calls on the phone and the dialed calls to prove that it was working they could not figure out how they had broken my phone so they ended up putting the crack screen back on it and reimbursing me my money instead of actually replacing the phone on the mistake they had made I am now without the phone that runs my business with all my contacts on it and can not get any of the information off because the digitizer no longer works the correct the most professional thing to do was to just replace the phone and switch over all of the information that I needed from one phone to the next instead I got in Im sorry I dont know why its happen but here is your money back Im ok with the money back Id rather of had to replace the phone that they had broken

Brought in my Nexus 7 (2nd Gen) to get a cracked screen fixed. They had the screen in stock. I went back the next day to pick it up. I noticed the bezel was extremely marred when I picked it up. I had expected a small amount of wear from the replacement, but my tablet looked rough. I had always kept a case on it, so apart from the cracked screen, it was pristine. I commented on the new blemishes, but they said it was expected. Then, I got to my car and noticed they had also cracked the back plate. I immediately went back and demanded they fix it. They said due the nature of the back plate, that was to be expected; something they didnt tell me before fixing my tablet. They did agree to fixing my back plate free of charge. While waiting for the replacement backplate, my tablet screen randomly cracked. It was a small crack in the corner and it still worked, but it cracked with minimal force. I am very unimpressed with the service here.
