Update from my previous review. I initially thought I had a great experience at this location. Unfortunately after paying $83 my phone quit working after 18 hours of leaving the store. I paid $30 for OShay to diagnose my phone (diagnosis of it may be your screen, battery, or something else) which is understandable given water damage. I brought in a working s6 to see if we could diagnose the problem before purchasing a new screen which might not be the issue. Needless to say, after spending 2 hours at the store with OShay, there was nothing wrong with my phone he could see. My phone started working with its original parts. OShay did switch out the camera from my other s6 to the s6 I brought in with water damage as there were always issues with it focusing correctly. After getting my phone back, I was then charged another $53. Total I was at $83, basically for him to switch a camera from my back up s6 to the water damaged phone which magically started working. After 18 hours my s6 completely shut down on me. I called OShay the next day to see if he could switch the cameras back as my s6 I originally brought in shut down on me and no signs of life and I was going to just use my backup s6, he said he could for 39.99. I find it frustrating that I paid $83 for him to switch a camera (using my parts) and then want to charge another 39.99 to switch the cameras back. After all of this, come to find out (not from Lifelife Repairs) my phones mother board had a short in it from the water damage. My screen and battery are completely fine. I recommend finding out the specific costs and what warranties on their services are provided before going to this location. Unfortunately, I will not be a repeat customer and will not recommend anyone I know to this location.

After the Chattahoochee claimed my iPhone, i.e. it took a swim in the river while floating, I was recommended by my local Verizon store to try LifeLine Repairs. John, the assistant manager at LifeLine, offered a free diagnosis. I left and returned about an hour and 15 minutes later expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned John had successfully dried out the phone. He even showed me it was functioning again and tested it in front of me. He offered to replace the screen for $99, as there are water spots on it, but since Im only two months away from upgrading, I opted to deal with the imperfections for now. Im really grateful this was painless and it didnt cost me a penny. THANK YOU LifeLine!!!!!

Fast and friendly service, not too expensive. My son decided it would be a good idea to ride go karts with his iPhone. At some point, it fell out of his pocket on the track and got ran over before an attendant could pick it up. I though it was done for until I found lifeline. I originally took it to a different repair place who told me it couldnt be fixed. I saw lifeline on my way home and figured why not give them a try. Not only were they able to fix the screen, but they replaced the back glass and were able to bend the phone back into shape. Granted, his phone isnt as pretty as is was before but to go from un-fixable to 100% working condition in about an hour is a miracle. These guys are great!

While visiting Atlanta, I cracked my Samsung S6 Edge. It is my LifeLine. So I Googled Smartphone repair companies and LifeLine showed up on top. I was happy they were open on Sunday. Without my phone, I feel out of place and completely offline. Plus keeping up with fantasy football and draft kings is pretty damn hard. The store was super chic and clean. I met OShea and he told me it would be done in less than an hour. 50-minutes later, he was ringing me up. They did a great job. If you ever break your Samsung S6 Edge in Vinings... I highly recommend having it repaired at LifeLine. The only thing they were missing was a TV so I could watch the games. But maybe Im asking too much :-)

I called out of desperation, looking for help unlocking my iPhone 4. What I received was easily the most impressive display of customer service Ive witnessed in decades! Tamika got AT&T on the phone with me, and talked me through over an hour-and-a-half of interaction with their rep. She showed incredible initiative, flawless communication skills, persistence, and amazing follow-through. I was stunned: It was truly the stuff of legend! LifeLine Repairs will get ALL my phone-related business from now on, and Ill share this story with everyone I meet! And yes, within 24 hours she DID get my phone unlocked, something I had been unable to do in THREE WEEKS!

My Galaxy 10.1 tablet would not change and I found they were open Sunday afternoon! I took the tablet to them and they called me that same afternoon to tell me the problem was not with tablet but the wall adapter was bad. When I pick it up and asked how much I owed them ( I figure there would at least be a diagnostic fee) they told me I didnt owe them anything! I was astonished. They really ought to charge least a small fee to tell you what the problem is, even if its not something they needed to fix. I would have been happy to pay $25.00 at least. I will go back if I need the repairs in the future.

Bottom line, I am a moron. I dropped my phone when I sneezed of all things! My friend referred me to this store in Vinings. They did a GREAT job and everyone in the store was very nice. Next time I am in the Vinings area if something like this happens to me or a friend I am sending them to LifeLine Repairs. Five stars. PS, I forgot to mention this took place on a Sunday at 12pm and they were open until 6pm so I had my phone back before dinner, if they had been closed it would have RUINED Sunday night dinner with my family I had the best phone for taking pictures. Thanks LifeLine Vinings!

Definitely Recommend! Very friendly and fast with great prices. I had an iPhone 7 plus with a damaged screen and I also needed a new battery. They gave me a discount for 40 for the battery (didnt have to) and also they had to do a few things extra to fix my phone , and didnt charge me a penny extra ! Did I mention my phone was at the shop for almost a week and I picked it up a day later and they still didnt charge me anything. Great customer service! Loved it. This is the place to go.

I dropped my iPhone 6S into the washing machine. Not good. They cleaned it, replaced the battery and screen and it still wasnt quite 100%. I declined the repairs and offered to pay something for their efforts, but they were gracious and refused my money. Christian was fantastic and easy to work with, and I appreciate the effort. This store will be my "go-to" for sure the next time my phone needs a repair. Thanks again for being so gracious.

My 7-yr old dropped a glass jar on my wifes iphone 6, completely smashing the glass. I walked into this store and the very helpful and friendly employee fixed it in 15 minutes! Hard to find that kind of customer service. $139 was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I think it was worth it for the convenience of the quick fix. No way I was going to try and tackle it myself. Highly recommend this place if you need to fix your phone!
