I traded my expensive lg2phone in for a cricket phone they had this Samsung galaxy cheap version and i took it back the next day and they were very rude about it they told me i was the only one to dislike the phone it had a water mark in it and everything they kept telling me that this is my last trade in they went to the back and gave me a zte thats even more defected then the other phone the speaker doesnt work the audio jack is messed up the service sux since cricket switch sometimes i go 15 minz to a hour with out decent service i dont get calls and are unable to make calls

I replaced two phone and the woman at store was helpful and knowledgeable. One replacement was an upgrade and one was replacing a phone that was insured and broken. It was an involved transaction and both my children with happy with the phones that they received and the ease with which they transferred data. I was happy with the price of the new phone and the amount of insurance I got on the replacement. Lets hope I have a similar experience when I go in next time.

The customer service at this store sucks! My phone has been acting up an is was still covered under warranty but unfortunately the staff decided the scratch on the screen caused internal damage an was not covered under warranty. So who knew that cricket stores hire people that can look at a phone an decide by a scratch if its covered under warranty. Ive always liked cricket but I wont be going back to the Norwood store.

Dont try to call them youll just have to stop in cause I wont answer the phone
