This place was horrible. I went there today to try to get an upgrade. They had two employees who didnt know how to do anything. They couldnt even print receipts. I waited 30 minutes and they had me sign in . When I finally got to the register, they allowed a man who just walked in to skip me, the lady informed me that she didnt know how to do upgrades and that I would have to get back in line and wait for another lady to help me!!! This has been my worst experience at T-Mobile I wish I could give them no stars!!! This was pathetic!!!!

The worker (Jojo) who wears a natural was very helpful. Shes a small petite girl. She had helped me once before and welcomed me back again as I had to deal with the same issue. The assistant manager is not very friendly looking or that friendly when having to deal with her. The assistant manager is the young lady who wears her hair in braids (lately shes been wearing two side braids.) She had helped me initially with the issue of my phone, but Im glad that Ive gotten Jojo these last two times.

Rude and unprofessional staff; just the sort of attitude and behavior stereotypical of "this side" of town! I never have these problems in Midtown which because of this ridiculous interaction apparently I have to drive back up there where they know how to treat customers. I definitely wont be making a mistake of coming here again and Ill be sure to contact my 24/7 business class customer service to log a complaint!

Absolutely awful location! The staff was uninterested and not knowledgeable. I must also mention after calling T Mobile Customer Care ,because the staff at this location did not know what they were talking about, I was informed that the location is only licensed to sell the phones. They are not a corporate location. I like T Mobile, cannot stand this store. If this is your area, go to Camp Creek T Mobile instead.

Although I CANNOT STAND t-mobile as my provider, this location gave great service. Dont leave Sprint for t-mobile....they SUCK!
