I was a customer with AT&T for 10 years. I had zero problems...never a customer service issue or service issue period. I added my husband to my plan soon after we got married so we could share the many benefits of having AT&T as our cell phone provider. And still....no issues ever with AT&T. The only minor pain point was we felt that we were spending a tremendous amount of money for service that other carriers were charging only a fraction for. We tried to negotiate different terms with AT&T to no avail. We were grandfathered into a 6 year old unlimited data service that if we were to upgrade...we would lose and actually pay more money. And then came Sprint!! Unlimited everything? BEST coverage in Atlanta? NEW PHONES? All for literally half of our AT&T bill (which had 400 shared monthly minutes....we paid $30 for unlimited text....which included that special unlimited data). GASP!! We had to switch. Much to our horror, Sprint is quite possibly the worst service ever on planet earth. I had to stop using my phone for business calls because it was dropping them so frequently. I was missing important appointments because I wasnt getting the texts saying what time/where to meet (I mean....even Sprint was making my feelers get hurt!) My husband.....same exact issues. The overly enthusiastic Sprint lady who sold us this SOLID GOLD deal raved about the coverage area at our house....I believe she even used the word: perfect coverage. So now I ask....why WHY when I called Sprint to troubleshoot they actually told me....my address was in a "rough" zone meaning little to no coverage. Seriously....... I clearly was annoyed....as was my husband. I was then told to call tech support so they could troubleshoot my device BUT I had to call from a different phone than the one I was troubleshooting. I havent been able to do that yet. I decided to give my phone a chance to redeem itself and have it take time to think about what it had done. And then this moment now happened. I am sitting in the International Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport....and (here comes the climax of my story)....no. service. at. all. NONE. ZERO. Which brings me to my other point...I was dangerously lost in downtown Minneapolis yesterday because I didnt have service. I literally walked around until something looked familiar (in heels....you feel me ladies?). The moral of the story is...I am now questioning my life choices since I thought switching to Sprint was a good idea. And canceling the contract will be a jillion dollars. Please Sprint....let us go. On good terms. Its not you...its us (but seriously its you). And no service in this airport means I had spare time to write this!! So seriously....please let us cancel. AT&T....will you take us back? We will always remember our anniversary and your birthday this time....we promise.

Id had some issues with Sprint when I had called in to their support line, payments being misapplied, etc., and I was not really extremely hopeful that Id be able to get everything resolved in the store. Im happy to report that I couldnt have been more incorrect. I arrived at the store right when it opened and was greeted by the store manager and several employees. The manager handled my transaction and was quickly able to resolve the payment issues I had encountered, get my phone swap taken care of, handle the activation of the new phone, and get me out the door in fairly quick order. Besides that, he definitely had a great personality to be interfacing with customers -- very personable and easy to work with. Took care of everything I needed and saved me a lot of headaches in the process.

Terrible customer service at this location. We spent hours here trying to explain what we were offered by a win-back team representative just to end up going to a different store at the end of the day (literally). This other store was able to process our need with NO problem. This store did not seem to have it together, and the employees were extremely rude. The manager was speaking very poorly to her employees as well, so I cant say I blame the employees for being rude to customers.

I went in to change my phone from Verizon. Try getting service there when they are busy. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Rachelle. She helped me transfer my new phone over quickly and explained everything so I could understand exactly what she was saying. That was a first time ever in over 15 years of dealing with Verizon and Att. I will never go anywhere else again. I have found my phone home. They also cut in half some of the fees Verizon was charging!

Very Very horrible customwr service. Came in just 1 minutes tell them my problem with the phone and already they said they dont do rwpair or trouble shot they can only help me upgrade my phone. i just bought this phone 6 months ago. And now due to software issue they not even offer to take a look at it.

Place is garbage and employees arent willing to help Sprint Customers. Do yourself a favor and go with Verizon or someone else. Sprint pulls bait and switch to get you to stay with them. They dont honor agreements and their call center doesnt speak English so you just get passed around. Rip Off !

I have been in many sprint locations, but this one is the biggest, nicest and quickest locations. now its the only one I will go to. staff is always helpful and friendly.

Unless you are buying something or making a payment might as well not come into the store. There is a reason why Sprint is in last place among the big 4 carriers.
