Went to buy an iPhone 6 Plus for a family member on March 12, 2015. None in stock so the sales person ordered it and told us it would ship in 24 to 48 hours. The next day, received an email saying the phone would ship between March 17th and 19th which is definitely not what we were told. It is now March 19th and there is no further information available about phone or when it would be shipped. Calls to the store were not productive. Finally able to cancel the order with AT&T Customer Service by phone. The REAL AT&T store - not an "authorized retailer" like this one - at Merchants Walk has the phone in stock and we will go there to pick it up shortly. Very disappointed in the information provided and the customer non-service after the sale. Wont be back. Will drive the extra 5 miles to the real AT&T store in the future.

A friend told me that even after she moved down to Atlanta, she still drove up to this location because they were so good. I am glad I listened. My husband and I finally went in and were surprised at their enthusiasm, extensive knowledge, service and overall approach. I think we have sadly become used to being "Snubbed" by our need for more information at most mobile device stores by the techie teen of the weekend. Not here - Each of the 3 that were there at the time of our visit were only interested in making sure we were making the RIGHT technology decisions for our specific needs, rather than just the "coolest" choices. They have my business!

How do you make this half a star? I cant even begin to tell you my experience, because they screwed up every detail of my switch over program and now havent lifted a finger yet to get any of this resolved. I am also floored that other people have good comments about this place. Unbelievable. I have to believe that these are boilerplate reviews that have to be added. I have not had a good experience with this store. I ordered an iPad on Sunday March 22, 2015; it wasnt in stock so ordered it and was told it would be sent to the house in 2 days maybe three> Just received it last week over a month later. Now I am having trouble connecting the cellular number. Called AT&T number provided but they said I have to contact the store. I have tried for over 3 hours and the phone is constantly busy.

This location has atrocious customer service and employees have an attitude problem that the manager of the store, sadly, condones. Employees are slow and sloppy in the way they enter names, e-mail addresses and passwords. The employees provide inaccurate information on pricing and services. Rude, slow and unprofessional pretty much sums up this team based on my experience.

Shon was super helpful to me. I had been in last Sat. for help and was pleased with the help last week but I found more questions over this past week. Shon offered to show me how to download my pics. directly to my computer and did it for me. He also showed me how to clear out other things. Very polite and I got his business card to ask for him again.
