Went into upgrade my wifes phone for Christmas. Salesman Ian and manager Jack were very helpful. They both went through my bill carefully. But then they started with making numerous promises of our bill going down, of the rebates we would receive, the sales currently going on. It all sounded so good I asked about my iPhone 6 and based on the numerous promises made...ended upgrading it too. The deal even was sounding sweeter as I was promised no less than 9 different times that Verizon would pay off my current iPhone 6 AND my new iPhone 7 would cost me less per month based on the sales and rebates being offered. It all sounded so good that we agreed to upgrade 2 perfectly good phones to newer iPhones. Then reality started to show up. When I went to pick them up they cost twice (2x) what I was promised and had on paper in Ians writing. "Nothing I can do" said the other salesman. "He made a mistake and had to be thinking of the 64 when he quoted you that price". "The register wont allow me to change the price even if my DM would okay it". I reluctantly paid the bait and switch price to get my wifes Christmas present and thought I would make it up on the the discounts and rebates on my next months bill. NOPE! 1 month went by, 2 months went by, stopped in and Jack said give it another month. 3 months went by, 4 months went by. I had to stop in the store again. Jack called Verizon and got my "discounts" but I had to wait another month AND only 1of the 2 phones was being discounted on my bill. I left Jack a phone message with promises of a call back. 2 weeks went by I called again. "He still has your message on a sticky note on his desk". But I never heard from him. 2 weeks later I went in and Jack was at lunch but my sticky note reminder to call was still there...it just didnt do its job of reminding him to call back for over a month. At this point I still was only receiving 1 of the promised 3 discounts/payoffs on my phones. I finally called Verizon and got part of my discount on phone 2 that had never been entered by this store. Numerous calls to Jack and store visits politely asking to talk with a DM about the promised (9 times) payoff of my iPhone 6 have now gone unanswered except to "we cant give you the number of our DM but we will send him another email and he will contact you...its all we can do". Almost 9 months later...I just paid off the iPhone 6 I was baited into upgrading with promises of payoffs and discounts. Ian got his sales quota credit of 2 iPhone 7 128s at Christmas and I have never heard a word from upper management about getting the credit he promised me no less than 9 times. Jack seems to be a nice guy but sorry to say, Ill be moving my business to another outlet at this point.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CONS. I would give a ZERO STARS IF I COULD. When the new iPhone 7 trade in program came, these people acted all professional and behaved like normal sales associates, but when we traded in our old iPhones for the new iPhone 7, they assured us that we would get credited on our account and the phone would essentially be free. Then they required us to buy an accessory or we wouldnt get to buy the phone!!! Thought it was all normal at first... a couple month down the road, our bill only got higher. After calling Verizon customer service, they said that there was absolutely no record of a trade in and our old phones couldnt even be tracked!!!! Going through the receipt they gave us, it had go wireless written all over it but no Verizon logo. They just assured us it would work and said a box would come in the mail to subit our old phones. Looking back, the boxes were exact replicas to official Verizon trade in boxes but they never reached the Verizon trade in department (obviously because we couldnt tell the difference). Now we have to pay FULL PRICE for our iPhone 7s and lost good, perfectly fine iPhone 6s. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GO TO AN OFFICIAL VERIZON STORE!!!!!!!!!

The sales rep I worked with at the store was very dishonest in order to get a sale=commission. He told me that the iPhone 6 Plus only came in the rose gold color because thats all they had in stock and he wanted credit for the sale. Yes, this was my mistake for not looking into this before purchasing. He also told me that I was required to pick out a free phone case and then after looking at my itemized receipt I was actually charged for the case. Again, my mistake but I felt like he was very dishonest and trying to take advantage of me in order to get credit for the sale. He also convinced us to sign up for the insurance and told us to just call next week and cancel it, so I am assuming he got commission on this also.

Everyone who lives in the area knows the store next to the Dayton mall is absolutely abysmal. The customer service, is terrible. The employees, are terrible. The expierience, is terrible. Management, is terrible. Even down to the temeperature in the store, its terrible. That is why I was blown away by the customer service I received at this location today. I will NEVER go to another Verizon store. Ian is the most helpful represenative I have ever worked with. I hope anyone who reads this review stays the hell away from that trash heap up the road. Itll save you headache and wasted time. You also wont be lied to here either. Thanks guys!

Let me start off by saying this is the best experience at Verizon I have ever had. I walked in with some problems with my phone I wanted to get fixed. Not only did Ian fix my problem, he fixed problems I didnt even know I had. Instead of dealing with reoccurring problems with my old phone he got my daughter and I new Motorola phones. One for free! On top of that he replaced my tablet and got me intovthe early adopter program for HUM. I hoñestly couldnt be happier. Thank you so much Ian. You and Jack have my business forever. I HIGHLY reccomend this store to any and all. You wont be sorry!

Traveled store to store today in search of a decent shopping experience. I was about to pull my hair out in frustration. In I walked and was immediately greated by a well dressed man by the the name of Cole. Extremely knowledgeable and informative he walked me through all the tech questions I had. Such a wonderful experience, refreshing to be treated with respect for a change. After purchasing a new LG G5 I couldnt be happier. Next paycheck I will be returning to get my daughter a new phone as well. Great store, I highly suggest.

Originally, I went into the store to pick up a new car charger, however, after speaking with Jake and Chad, they informed me that the problem was not in the charger but in my old phone. Jake offered me the newest LG smart phone for a great price. He and Chad also offered me a lot of other things that I did not necessarily need but it was very nice of them to show me things without me even asking. Great team at the go wireless in springboro!
