Walk in there and ask for Jeremiah as the sales rep, Sal as the manager and Doreen for finances. Without a doubt the best combination in there. I walked in guns loaded and ready to fire based on past car dealership experiences. I LEGITMATELY had a written list of demands, that if werent met I was not buying a car. Told Jeremiah what I looking for in terms of price point, quality and style. He laid out my options didnt try to push over what I can afford. He was so transparent and honest with me that it put me at ease. Very knowledgeable. Once we had decided on a car and he did all he can, came in "Uncle Sal. Wait till you meet- this loud mouthed- big hearted- big bellied Italian- salt of the earth kind of Guy. he asked me a simple question- "what string do I need to pull I get you driving out of here with a car?" I gave him the remaining demands on my list and told him to talk to me once he can check them off. He took my list walked away, came back 10 minutes later, shook my hand and said "done, you can see Doreen Now." Honestly- I was surprised. There wasnt any sketchy or shady stuff in between dealing with both the rep and manager, they kept it real, and very patient because trust me I am not the easiest to deal with me. And little did they know they were dealing someone who has been in sales before and know how much she can get away with. I hardly write reviews but I was pleasant surprised at the great experience I had especially at a car dealership. Now lets take thing to finances- this pretty, kind lady by the names of Doreen. I already knew to watch out for any hidden charges and things they tack on at the end. (which has happened before) Nope not with this girl. She offered the gap insurance and didnt try that slick nonsense of its mandatory. She relayed the benefits, what I can do in the future and if I wanted to trade in or this or that. Handed me my temporary insurance. and told me to come back in week to pick up my permanent plates. Did I mention one of my demands were, extended warranty and full maintenance package?! I got my car a few thousand dollars below blue book price. Now lets talk about the icing on the cake, with the customer service. I wanted my car to go through one last final inspection even though I had already drove out with it and took it home for a couple of days. "Uncle" Sal sent Jeremiah over to my job with a courtesy car in case I need to go to lunch while I was at work or whatever, picked up my Nissan got it inspected and brought it back to me with a full tank of gas :) !! A week or so later Jeremiah calls me and asks my whereabouts. I relayed I was at work. Half hour later he was at my job and installed my plates for me and get me additional mats that have even better weather durability. Hands down the best trio and sales experience I have had. Keep up the good work!

Take your business elsewhere! I dont like to waste time and beat around the bush. So as you can imagine, I have a really bad time whenever I want to buy a new car. I am sure some of you are like me, so here is a warning. I dropped by the showroom in the evening a few weeks back to have a look at the new Murano, test drive he car and possibly work out a deal (no one pays the advertised price). None of the salespersons were available, which was fine cause I showed up without an appointment. I was fine waiting and decided to have a look at the Murano in the parking lot while I waited. A few minutes later, I go back in and ask the lady at the front desk how long would it be before I could see someone. It was then that this other guy at the front desk (he was there at the front desk earlier as well, but didnt say anything before. I also noticed him grab a smoke next to the Murano I was taking a look at in the parking lot. No big deal, but I noticed him before) decided to fill in for a sales guy. I assumed he was a backup sales person who may have be used regularly,. Anyways, I sit down with him and I tell him I am interested in the Murano Platinum. I also tell him upfront that I do not intend to spend the next 3 hours at the showroom and wanted to know what would be the best selling price that they could sell the car for. He takes his phone out and goes to the Hudson Nissan website and reads the price to me from the website. I told him that surely the advertised price (which is already discounted I must admit) is not the best price they can offer, but he tells me that this is what it is. He also reads the disclaimer online about conditions that need to be satisfied to get that price (Nissan financing for 72 months or something like that in addition to some other stuff). I tried to give him a buyers perspective, but he was not to be reasoned with. Just kept looking at his phone and reading stuff from it. Anyhow, I left after spending a good hour waiting with no additional information and not having test driven the car, although I did get to see the car up close in-person. What a good evening spent! :| So as far as I can tell, just browse through their website for all the information you need and decide if you want to buy from Nissan Hudson, cause the sales guys will probably do the same when you are there.

Update: Just got a second car from Hudson Nissan. A lease this time. I do not even know where to begin to describe how satisfied we are. We saw an online add for sentra lease special that they have this month (Feb. 2015). Walked into the dealership, checked the cars, had a test drive...we got the deal that we wanted. The advertized price was $69 per month for 24 month. However, we custom tailored the lease to keep payments under a $100 monthly with less money down than required for the online offer. (Keep in mind that offer does not include bank fees, dmv fees, taxes, etc) Nick, helped us with the car and through out the process. Will surely recommend Hudson Nissan to anyone looking for a good deal and a pleasant Nissan purchasing experience. Walked into the dealership to view the new 2013 Rogue. Weve had a 2009 Rogue and were looking to get a new one. Right off the parking lot we were taken to see the inventory and were able to pick the car that we are actually wanted, rather than waiting and filling paperwork before seeing the stock. Many dealers do not even have the car you are looking for (Rt 22 will tell you they have the car while they actually do not, just to get you there!), yet they still make you waste hours on paper work and waiting for a sales person. Our sales person was Vanel, who was extremely patient and helpful. He had shown us several cars with the options which we wanted to see. Most importantly, for us at least, there was no pressure into buying. Were able to see and try several vehicles before settling on the one. When we came we had no intend to purchase a vehicle, yet we found what we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. Thanks to Vanel and the team of Hudson Nissan!
