I purchased 2 cars and leased 1 car there over the years and each experience was different. I wandered in there in 2010 as I needed a car and I was helped by Joe himself. Very nice man and I could tell this business was his baby. I bought a Chevrolet Aveo at a fair price and he sent me a beautiful fruit basket and houseplant. Mr. Manfredi understood the term of customer service. So after a few years I wound up hating that car so I decided to trade it in and buy a Cruze. Real nice car, really bad experience. By now his son was running the show and Mr Manfredi had since passed away. So the salesperson who helped me, Al Friedman was a real character. Once the price of the new car was settled thats when the real horse trading began. I should have sold it myself but you live and you learn. The car was worth $7,000 and they insulted me by offering $3500 on a clean well running 5 year old car that was in their managers own words the best trade they ever saw. Their claim was some BS excuse "its obsolete" After yelling and causing a scene I managed to get these SOBs to give me $5000 or the deal is off. Then Im shuttled into the finance managers office which is really just a room where the head douche can wear you down even more. This moron whose name was Max told me with a straight face that "they lost the paperwork". This is what they do. If they feel the customer has an advantage then the psychological games come into play. I just got up and walked out. A day later I get a call from the general manager and the new car price and the trade in price was as agreed and I told this guy that if anymore nonsense starts then the deal is off. This joker even offered to give me a tank of gas and polish my new car up. Puuulllleeeaaasseee I said. Thats included in the price of the car by the manufacturer. Then he offered me a deal on a upgraded sound system that was already installed at the factory. It was a ploy to get more money. I laughed and said no, shook his hand and was on my way. BTW I saw my old car on the lot the next day for $9995 and the next day it was sold. Against my friends advice I traded it in. Next time Ill sell my car myself and put that money in MY pocket. Thanks to the power of the internet those days are done. My daughter wanted a new car but it had to be a Malibu. And leased. And GM had a great deal at the time. Right on the website the deal was done and we went there to see the internet manager, sign off on it and be on our way in 30 minutes. She was happy. Leasing a car is really the best way to go. It has many advantages and they do it well. As far as service. They are OK. Warranty and maintenance issues are handled quickly so no complaints there, I just wish that these type of transactions were more simple. Business is business but Im not ignorant nor stupid. I once had a friend who sold cars and he told me that the people who sell cars tend to be people you dont want to know. But they respect you if you know how to play the game. And thats what its all about, playing the game.

My husband and I purchased a 2009 GMC Acadia in June of 2011 from Manfredi. A few weeks later we experienced a metal scraping noise while driving and bought the truck back to Manfredi for service. The staff was courteous and explained that a shield was damaged (possibly in one of SIs notorious pot-holes) and made the repair at no cost to us. A couple of weeks after that our lift gate wouldnt stay open so we had to bring the truck in again. Once again the service staff was very professional and quickly repaired the lift gate. This past December after having moved upstate, we discovered that our warranty was entered incorrectly and our vehicle was not covered for some much needed repair to the power steering. The local dealership here could not do anything to help. The general manager at Manfredi acted quickly to resolve the issue and worked tirelessly to get our vehicle repaired. He explained everything to us honestly and in detail. Even though we moved and are no longer servicing our vehicle at Manfredi they honored their commitment to us. Theres always a chance that a vehicle has some issues or that human errors are made. Thats the nature of things. However, having a knowledgeable dealer who honors their commitments is invaluable. Austin took a horrible situation and turned it into the foundation of our trust with Manfredi.

Found a great 2009 car for a reasonable price ($16,000) that fit the needs of my very large family. The salesman Raphael was very nice. Everything was looking good until we sat down with the finance guy. My credit isnt good, but their website says "bad credit no problem". So.. they ask for all the information.. Not good. I have to get a co-signer.. I got one who has good credit, and they ask for everything from her except a blood sample....you name it they want it. We provide all the information they need.. The back and forth was a week long process.. and STILL they were requesting more information. They have our lives on paper which I am very uncomfortable with as it is, but we provide it so we can get the car. Not once did they give us any indication on the INSANE interest rate. 23%!!!! Ive looked at other cars that were newer and more expensive and my rate was not that high!!! This monthly payment would be MORE than my 2017 car!!! It is actually DOUBLE my new car payment!! This is bad customer service! I understand it has to do with the banks they work with, but this man is well aware of how his bank works, since hes been dealing with them for a long time. I WILL NEVER go back to this dealership, nor will I recommend it to anyone. If you want headache and aggravation, then go to them.. If not, I suggest you look elsewhere.

worst place ever dishonest and if they find out you dont much there will take advantage of you I took my 2015 suburban for diagnostics one of them was the AC and the other is parking sensors they wanted to charge me $230 just to take a look at it plus any fix that needed to be done , I told the advisor that I spoke with chevy and they opened a case for me that if the problem somthing shouldnt happen on a brand new car they will take of it so he tried to convince me that it will not happen and they wont ,but dont worry will take of you and Ill tell my boss to give you a discount , long story short I refused to pay that much money for them just to take a look at it and decided to leave .. as me getting in to my SUV which it was in the same place where I left it the mechanic comes to me and tells me your brakes are bad they need to changed so I asked him how he would know if the car is in the same place and was not checked by no body didnt give me an answer and left ... people do you self a favor and find another place for you car cause these people just dont care about your satisfaction all they care about is how much they can get out of you ..
