Ivan Smith is by far the most welcoming and non harassing furniture store in Tyler Texas. I have made 3 or four purchases in this store and i always come back. They will truly beat any deal in town and are there to help. We purchased our sectional couch, our end tables, bed room suit, our 60" wall unit and a mattress from Ivan smith. The sales staff is helpful and reliable if you need anything before, during and after purchases even on return visits! I must mention Bob Thomas the Sales manager! He is top notch. not only is he genuinely a great person but he is there for you. he will crunch the number 2,3,4 times if needed to make sure you are getting a great deal and will listen to make sure all your needs are met and that you are happy. I have referred a few of my friends and family members to Ivan Smith in tyler and they are just as happy as i am with this store. I have dealt with most of all the Furniture stores in Tyler and Ivan Smith and their crew really is the Best of the Best for our area! Ivan Smith furniture in Tyler Texas has a problem with honoring what employees tell customers.... I was told at the time of purchase that we would receive our purchased warranty money back in three years of we didnt file a claim.... I fully understand what the contract says about said warranty but with that said the sales person told me that we could get it back in three years to make said sale....the current management told me on 2/16/2017 that he would send me a copy of the warranty... This is offensive to my intelligence as I was told by the sales person that sold me the furniture a different story.... I guess the moral of my post is they would rather lose a customer than honor what the sales staff tells customers in order to secure a sale...

I thought Ivan Smith was gona be too out of my league. But OMYGAWSH. They have a range of incredible items that you just dont see at any other furniture stores, and I just knew we couldnt get a credit approval,but we DID!!!! And got the bed of our dreams so reasonable!!! Thanks Ivan Smith. This bed is like sleeping on marshmallows!!! Thanks for your patience and kindness from the Reams. Richard & Tamara.

My parents bought some furniture from Ivan Smith in Tyler Texas, and when the furniture was delivered the linoleum got ripoed. WE called got the store manager to come look at it, he said"not going to worry about it because the whole floor will have to be replaced. Really thats what you tell a customer. Poor customer service, hated to even give them 1 star.

Shopping at Ivan Smith was a great experience from the first day with Kelly, my salesperson, through the delivery, and even the repair technician that came out to do some minor correction on one of the chairs. I highly recommend Ivan Smith for all furniture needs.

I havent purchased anything here so I cant rate them on this aspect, but in meandering through the store, employees were courteous and their selection was awesome. Ill check it out again if I need some furniture because it was very fun to walk around.
