PLEASE DO NOT USE PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. The owner is a cheat and a crook with no personal or business morals/ethics. We booked affordable movers company for a simple move from a 2 bedroom and they sent us their affilate Cosign-it Furniture. A Cosign-it Furniture truck was used to do the move. The driver accidentally crashed into our parked car while moving us. The driver was very apologetic and we understand mistakes do happen. We called the cops and a report was written citing the driver at fault as the driver admitted. The driver asked us to call his boss for the insurance which you would expect a moving company would have some type of liability insurance and should be on the driver at all times. The owner first gave us the run around for almost 6hrs after the accident as we could barely get him on the phone and kept telling us to call him back in an hour then giving us false stories when we did call him back saying he was out of town with no access to the insurance policy. 6 hrs later, when he realised we werent relenting on our efforts to right the situation, he then came up with another story that the insurance expired 2 days back and then refused to send us a picture or give us the policy number. Telling us he will give us 2 choices to take it to his own bodyshop or we can go through our own insurance. As you can expect, we declined his shady offers and then he started going on about, he wasnt there or driving the truck and we should take it up with his driver and not him, refusing to take responsibility for his driver/employee hired through his company. Also telling us to take it up with the law. This owner of Cosign-it Furniture on 1212 Westheimer, Houston TX called Hassan- is an unethical, and dishonest person running a dubious and unreliable business that should be avoided like a plague if this is how they end up treating their customers. FYI: We still paid the driver for the full services with no reservations even after the incident and yet we cannot get the owner to take responsibility for his employees actions. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST. We are now having to go the legal route and just hoping the law will make him pay.

i cant believe what a rip off this place is! i bought a sofa and recliner and the man who sold it to me said that id get free delivery, since i bought more than one piece. i had it set up for the weekend (delivery). i got a call on tuesday saying that they were at my house to deliver. i ran over there quickly, since i wasnt home, and it was the wrong furniture! also, ONE deliver man came (to lift a heavy couch and a recliner!) additionally, the saturday (original appointment time), the delivery man came back again (alone) and i had to help him try to lift it up my stairs. the couch fell on my wall sconce and it broke-- shattered glass everywhere. i told the delivery guy that i had other things to do and i couldnt help him anymore (also, why was it my job to help deliver, if it was included??). the guy came back later with the OWNER, who was COMPLETELY RUDE. the couch didnt fit up the stairs (or so he said), so he had the delivery guy load it back on the truck and they took off. he hollered at me through the window of the car as they pulled away that i could come by his store and get a reimbursement for the couch. i went to his store and he REFUSED to reimburse me. he told me i could get store credit. i looked around, saw nothing of interest, and said that the reimbursement would be better. then he argued with me, saying that he delivered it twice (NOT my fault the first time) and that hed have to charge me a restocking fee! he robbed me of $30 over a restocking fee. HOW RIDICULOUS! WHAT A RIP OFF. i hope this place gets caught for these illegal actions. what a shame to think that there are businesses out there like this one. how disgraceful.

Was merely driving past this place on Westheimer and dropped by on a whim and came out with a chair Ive been scouting all of Houston for. And the best part about the purchase is the reasonable price and the nicest salesperson Ive ever come across, Jessica. I felt like I stepped off the beaten path in middle america and discovered some wacky (though some one-of-a-kind) treasures. Thanks again, Jessica for my Steelcase chair, circa 1945!

This store is run by liars who dont pay customers. The owner/associates consistently play a run around game when it comes to paying you back for your furniture. I am discussed by the managements horrible attitude and will never be back. If you are looking to be robbed this is the place!

Cosigned a nice bedroom set to them. Simply they never contacted me again. I would not recommend using them. Better off to donate to charity and take the tax write off rather then giving stuff to them for free.

Despite some of these negative claims, I personally had a great seamless experience. I check in with them frequently and have found some rare pieces. Cant complaint about the prices either.
