I have bought a lot of furniture and accessories here over the years. Recently bought new furniture for my office and the new staff is just not goo. Never got a straight answer on availability and one week to wait turned into 5 weeks. Kept getting different stories from the guy in the store about why it was delayed and would not deal with this guy again. All excuses and not honest. Dont buy anything that you cant already put your hands on from these folks. Also, they just really dont care if your happy as a customer.

I found the following passage on their website. I wonder if this is how they truly feel. Yesterday I was rudely kicked out of the store by the employee behind the counter.
