Although, I love the furniture and the uniqueness of the shop in Houston, I would never shop there again. My Mom and I were in last Saturday and my mom bought a nice sofa table. I saw a couple of items I liked, but didnt purchase. Mom was picking her piece up the next day and I decided to have her purchase a piece for me while she was there and I would pick it up the next day, which she did. I went in the next morning to pick up my piece and the girl showed it to me. I said, "Oh! This is not the piece I wanted. Mom paid for this one when I wanted the other one we looked at on Saturday. I will gladly pay the difference and take the piece I wanted." I explained to the girl that it was a misunderstanding on my Moms part. She said there was nothing she could do. Come back tomorrow and speak with David, which I did. He basically said the same thing and said he would call his boss and call me back which he has not done. I even left a message for him to call me back and nothing. I understand there is a no return policy, but this situation is a little different. I had not even taken the piece from the store! I would gladly take the piece I wanted and they would make more money! This is the worst case of customer service I have seen. I will be picking up the piece I did not want as we have paid for it. I, nor any of my family or friends will shop there again.

From showroom to our living room; excellent service - do not expect a quick turn-around but very much worth the wait. Thank you so much Snow for your salesmanship, and patience, as we took the time to visit the showroom more than a few times - came away at the end experts in custom made furniture. The delivery guys were freakin awesome; all around great service and know how; simple in/out friendly knowledgeable service. They even took our beast of a sofa bed away that I broke down into various manageable parts in advance.

Huge selection and SUPER reasonable prices. I went in to find a small coffee table and I couldnt find the size I needed but I still highly recommend because the design and prices were great!!! Hope this place stays around for a long time!

The manager could not have had a worse attitude. We left so sad and confused by his sarcasm. Loved the furniture! Very unique and had high quality but the manager had a negative energy.

We have bought a bunch of pieces from here. Great selection of unique furniture from overseas. A lot of reclaimed wood and distressed paint. Different selection every time you go.
