they will not do what they say they will. it took right at a month for the adjustable foundation to come in then they were 8 pm at night getting it to my home the delivery people spoke no english and didnt even set it up they dropped it in our dining room and left. upon my family members and myself setting up the bed we found it was not even the right foundation the one i ordered was with a wireless remote and this one is hardwired and not even the same brand and or size the one i ordered was to replace my old one. upon calling the salesman he told my niece that he would make it right and get the right bed to me but it would be 2 weeks well i went along with that being it was tues before christmas but the 2 weeks has now come and gone ive left 2 different messages for them with no call backs or responses. so as of yesterday i cancelled the contract with the finance co and awaiting for them to arrange removal of their property so be carfeful dealing with these people they also still claim to have Sealy mattresses on their website and dont

Zero stars. My house burnt down and because my contractor is taking so long to rebuild my home, insurance stopped paying for our rental home and all furnishings. So, I stopped by New Caney Furniture to buy a house full of furniture. The delivery guys put holes in my walls and two items were missing. Mike kept telling me that Oscar Rodriguez, the owner, had a guy who would repair my wall. He said the recliner was on back-order and the nightstand had to be stained to match the bedroom set. Then, Mike stopped answering his messages of me following up. Next, I worked with Joe, the manager. Eventually, he told me he was fired. He said Id better go to the Cleveland location because New Caney shut down. Cleveland did too. Oscar clears his messages daily, I call multiple times. He has never returned a call. So, I filed a lawsuit and he should be getting served any day!

They are not honest!!!! Took almost a month for the furniture to come in and they still couldnt give me a delivery time. The day they said it would be delivered between 5-7. At 7 no one had even called to say they would not make it. When we called we were told that the delivery was running late. By midnight still no delivery. Not even a call to say sorry it didnt make it. Then the next day was told it was there ready for delivery but could not give me a time. Was charge for product I didnt even have in my possesion. When I called to speak to someone no one called me back. The owner did not try to help. Just told me all he could do was cancel. 2 days before Christmas my childs present is no longer coming, the workers do not care about customer service and I was billed for a product I do not own. I strongly recommend you to take your business somewhere else.

If I could give this company a negitive star I absolutely would!!! We brought a mattress from these people and after waiting it finally was delivered at 8:30 at night. The mattress had hole on the side of it and was USED!!!! They did try to make it right by offering a free picture and a new mattress and we did take them up on that. We picked out the new mattress but here we are waiting at 8:30 at night and no new mattress as promised and we ordered the mattress three days earlier. Why is it so hard to deliver products that customers buy! This business is not a place that you want to deal with! Do not buy anything from them! They also have another store in Splendora!!! Please be aware they are full of empty promises and will sell you damaged or used items! THE WORST EVER!!!!!!

My experience has been a horrible one. I ordered my sofa set a week ago on Wed. We were promised to get.it they would arrive the next day. On Friday my husband called them they did not answer. He kept calling and finally they answered and they told him to stop calling and hung up on him. I was at work and went there on my lunch hour. The man said we would.be getting them that after noon well we did but was not complete . My husband called them and told them the recliner was missing. His answer was that our recliner was in Dallas and that it would be here on Saturday. Well its Wednesday and still recliner. The sales man Oscar is a liar. Very rude. They dont deserve Cleveland Tx people giving them their business. They need to be reported.

Wanted to warn everyone about New Caney mattress and Furniture. See review I posted below. Also check reviews on them just like this. (all of them are the same.) We have bought three beds before. We recently bought a kitchen table and chairs, a bed frame, and a king bed and mattress. This was on 6/16/16, I just today got the last two kitchen chairs the delivery guys "forgot". You will NEVER again get a red cent from me. And unlike you I will keep my promise. My promise to you is I intend to post a review on every place I can find including our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhood facebook pages! Either hire someone to run your business or close it! Your excuses and customer service SUCK!

Got a good deal on bedroom set at the end of January and here we are at the end of March and still no furniture. No calls from them to see if my merchandise has come in or not. We were told they would deliver in 2 weeks. We called the finance company and were told that they couldnt give us our money back that they have been deducting from our account because they had already paid this business and we have to deal with them on cancelling and getting our money back. Friday we were notified by a third person who doesnt even work there that we will be getting out stuff this Tuesday for sure. Yea, well see!! Either we get our stuff that we are paying for or I want my money back!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. I purchased my furniture a month ago and they still havent delivered as promised. Every time we call they make up excuses or take a message to supposedly deliver to someone else. Theyve actually stopped answering my calls all together! I still havent received my furniture, or a refund. So unprofessional!! Dont go to this store they are thieves! And check out the receipt, I shouldve known something was wrong when they kept changing the prices and didnt have an actual breakdown of the items.

Mi experiencia es muy buena, tengo cuatro anos comprando mis muebles en new caney, hoy mismo compre un seccional y me lo entregaraon de imediato. El vendedor creo que es el dueño simpre nos a atendido como familia, lastina que estan serrando.
