Metropolitan Furniture has been the go to place for literary all of my furniture since I moved to Houston, TX six years ago. I still have all of my furniture that I bought from Metropolitan accept a couch only because I gave it to someone when I moved into my new home home. The couch was still in excellent condition. Recently after buying a new home, I went back to Metropolitan and furnished 2 additional bedrooms and living room. There customer service is remarkable and no pressure whatsoever is given. Metropolitan furniture is of high quality as is there customer service. I have had the privilege of being serviced by exceptional people such as Jay(6 years ago at the SW Freeway location) and more recently by Scott and Arnold at the 45 North Freeway location. The furniture looks beautiful in my new home and my family and friends love it! Im not one to usually write reviews but those at Metropolitan truly deserve these allocates. Buying from them is a pleasant experience and they will remain my furniture go-to place. Great customer service! I did not buy my furniture from Metropolitan. I had a repair issue that Clyde was nice enough to help me with. Rooms to Go can go to you know where b/c I was basically told "tough luck, your warranty is expired." So I went to the competitor and learned that they treat non-customers, like customers. Thank you again, Clyde, for taking care of my issue. From now on, I will do my shopping at Metropolitan Furniture.
