Recently stopped by to look for some side tables, possibly a nesting type of style. When I entered the store with my wife we were hesitently greeted by a store employee. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he responded saying that he didnt know if they had them and took us to a section of the store to look ourselves. On the way to that section, the demeanor of the employee made my wife uncomfortable as he talked about how his head was like a vast warehouse of information and he was trying to recall what fruniture the store sold making a references to Indiana Jones. This was okay and he did find us a set online after talking to the owner that we might have bought. While looking around before we decided if we were going to get the nesting tables, we came across a sofa table that we liked. We thought it would be a good desk except it had an uneven surface, so we asked the employee if the store had a similar table but with a smooth surface. He told us he wasnt sure, but the owner was walking up so he asked her. Her response wasnt what we were looking for, she snapped at us and said, "what this table as nesting tables.” She acted like my wife as stupid and then stared at us like we were in her way of where she was walking to. After that remark I quietly whispered to my wife for us to leave the store. We wont be going back solely on the way the OWNER of the store treated us as customers.

AWFUL STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where do I start.... First we purchased a couch and love seat and when it arrived it was torn. ( They Blamed it on us and took zero credit for the employees) We returned it and they offered a credit so we were stuck buying something from them. We purchased a theater type seating even picked out the chocolate leather swatch on what we wanted. Waited 8 weeks and when it arrived it was NOT the color we choose more of a Burgundy splotchy tone. and to top it off the ottoman was a COMPLETELY different color. We refused the pick up and I went home and made 2 calls to speak to the management since they still owed us $800 on credit from them. The next week I called 3 more times. No one ever called me and they still have our $800 dollars. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE NEVER to do business with this Shady company again.

We bought a sectional from SS at a premium price and when it was delivered it was so uncomfortable we could hardly sit on it, and forget relaxing...it was awful! The one we sat on in the store was made better; the one that was delivered to us was totally different; the cushions curled up on the sides or you slid off the edge of the cushion...it wasnt just us, other people also remarked about it. I called and finally got the "woman who could help me". Needless to say she would not do anything....except be extremely rude. Ive been treated better at a fast food drive through. Buyer Beware! JR

Saul was our customer service agent in the store when we were looking for a living room set. He gave us our space, was extremely patient with us as we changed our minds about 20 times, and made us feel very comfortable when it came time to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and took his time to explain each detail. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone entering this store, and I would highly recommend this store due to their diverse selections and customer focus!!!

My mother in law who is in her 70s, bought a leather sofa and recliner. It is only 3 years old and the leather is peeling off! She lives alone and is a very small woman, so I explained the furniture isnt in a heavy traffic environment. SSF says they cant do anything!! Also BEWARE of the warranty they sell, it is so specific it covers NOTHING! All normal wear and tear isnt covered and accidents are so specific most isnt going to be covered. Very disappointed with SSF.

I bought a couch, chair and ottoman at your store about two years ago. I have been very pleased with my purchase because rhere are three dogs and two cats at my house most of the time. The furniture I bought is very animal friendly and it is holding up very well under the circumstances.
