TRAIN WRECK!!!!! Be careful using these guys for repairs. I thought I was watching LARRY, CURLY, and MOE. Had them out at my home 3 times to repair a newer high end dual fuel stove. After watching same repair man come out, scratch his head, and other body parts, then started taken it apart in attempt to fix it. Then he thought he repaired it, and started to put it all back together again. I stopped him and ask, "hey shouldnt we try it out before you put it all back together?". Lord behold, he had it hooked up wrong, and started over again taking it apart again. This time he listen to my warning to try it out first before putting it all back together again. Meanwhile the service clock is ticking away. Same problem with dual burner stove. Same problem exist, it never got fixed after 3 attempts!!!. Then I e-mailed them to come back and fix it, no response!!!!!. Never will use these guys again. Reminded me of the horse and buggy age. Service work beware!!! Now they have gotten 3 service calls out of me, plus stove parts they made me buy$$$$$, and my stove still doesnt work!!!!!

Kudos to Adel TV and Appliances. We bought a new Whirlpool fridge from them just before Easter and had problems with the ice maker freezing on the outside from the start. They came out and added a new insulation kit as instructed by Whirlpool. It didnt help. Their tech came out last Friday to take a look and called Whirlpool to ask what their solution was. They said that they would ship another kit directly to me. Imagine my surprise when Adel TV called yesterday afternoon and said that they have a brand new fridge for me. Great customer service!
