Last year we used The Home Depot Professional Installation Services to hire a contractor to install a vinyl fence. The Home Depot assured us they background check and only hire the best contractors. This is what I have to say about Specialty Concepts Fencing Inc. out of Raytown, MO. Terribly unprofessional, slow service, rude owner. Really crappy installation job of my $13,000+ fence. We waited months to get this fence installed and they did a piss poor job. The owner was unprofessional showing up once in athletic clothes and cowboy boots. They are also slow to respond to telephone calls and texts. This year when a storm made a section of fence fall down. The owner was "unsure" if it was their fence installation and tried to blame us. He walked onto our property without informing us he was there even though we were home and watched him from the kitchen then left and sent pictures and a text stating he could not complete the repair. We have not seen the man since. The fence has been broken for a month. Unacceptable! Never going to use these people or Liberty Home Depot professional installation services again. We are going to corporate Home Depot and the Better Business Bureau to complain as both this company and Home Depot are responsible. The Home Depot is listening to this jerk over their customers. You have been warned.

My husband and I have spent a lot of money with Home Depot over the last 10 months; approximately 10k. We bought a riding mower, carpet and install and a new front door/frame and install amongst other things. Needless to say we feel like with all of that money spent we were hoping to at least get decent costumer service, however it doesnt seem possible. When you do get someone who is polite they dont seem to know much about their own department. I spoke to three people about getting a phone number for the contractor hired to install our new door and apparently its some sort of secret. No one would give it to me and I kept getting the run around. Then I was transferred to a "Tracy" in which I left a voicemail and never received a call back. No surprise. Well wait and see how the door and carpet install go before calling into complain. Nothing else has gone that well....

Hi, The Carpet Department and Installer have a game lying to people. My case, they offer that the carpet will be intall in 7 Days after payment. Thats the current offer. Then the installer call that it will be at approximately 3 weeks. I call them and they try to offer a 15 dollar Gif Card. I pay more than $5,000.00. And i am cancelling my order. Be careful, because it can be weeks before the carpet is installed.

Visited this HD for the first time today after receiving poor service from the HD in Gladstone. As soon as I walked in I was greated by staff. I found exactly what I needed and was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The cashier even held a conversation with me as I checked out. This is my new HD. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Was delayed on 7/23 early afternoon. Young cashiers near self checkout wouldnt come over and scan large item. They said hand scanner was broken and they didnt have another.
