Honestly, I use to love these guys. I purchased my atv from them, referred 3 people who also bought machines from them. I use to give them thousands in parts orders and service work. Now, I avoid them like the plague. I do want to say that the Parts dept. (even though they are overpriced) and the sales dept. are great (the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1). I had a terrible customer service experience with Gary from the Service dept. I use to use these guys for everything!! I was blamed for causing problems with the bike and was put off to the point I had to beg to get my work completed after 5 weeks of being put off (asked for a wheel to get spoked). My tipping point was, I had a Suzuki motorcycle that had a fuel problem. So, I had both of the injectors tested and cleaned by the same company that Route 3a uses. The company I had clean and test them said they were fine. After installing the cleaned and tested injectors, the bike was still running bad. Then, I brought it to Route 3A. I was told there was a bad part with a bike (a $300 fuel injector, that I just had cleaned and tested). After installing 2 new injectors, the bike ran exactly the same way it did before. After they blamed me for installing it incorrectly AND ACCUSING ME OF USING AFTERMARKET INJECTORS, they took it back and found out the fuel pump was bad. There was no apology.. they wouldnt admit they made a mistake or own up to even the possibility of it. I am not an idiot and I dont appreciate being treated like one. Never mind, wasting almost 500 on 2 BRAND NEW SUZUKI injectors that I didnt need (because they said to replace both). The worse part is I wrote a nice email explaining everything to the owner (who comes in almost daily). I was told the owner doesnt handle customer service issues. What kind of owner doesnt care about his customers concerns??? All he had to do was address my concern, instead I was told by the sales manager that I had to deal with Gary. I didnt want to deal with Gary, hence the concerned email I sent. I now use Hudson Cycle for all my needs and I get treated with respect and integrity as I should. I can also speak to the owner about anything I would like. He stands behind his dealership and his reputation with care and concern for his customers thoughts. Good luck Steve, You will not ever get any of my, my customers or friends money again!

My 25 year old daughter purchased her 3rd motorcycle from this disreputable dealer. It broke down on her way home June 17th. They never even put a gallon of gas in the tank, it was on the reserve tank. They supposedly repaired it only to have it break down on her way home July 1st. They claim they did not find a problem, took the bike for a 100 mile ride, and it broke down on them. Supposedly it was repaired, she took it home for the third attempt July 11th and it broke down the next day. They promised to get the bike on July 17th as it is clearly not safe to drive and we have no faith in their mechanics. They never arrived to pick up the bike, are refusing to honor the 30 day warranty which they agreed to have begin as of 7/11/13, and the owner refused to take calls and hides behind the warranty until it expires. Please choose a more professional dealer to give your business to and stay away from this unprofessional business!

I bought a Kawasaki watercraft and spent $11,000.00 last May. The watercraft has 24 hours on it, When I pulled it out of the water I noticed that there bubbles in the paint on the hull. When I bought this for my wife, she asked the sales manager that one other ski manufacturers stated that the watercraft had to be taken out of the water when not used. When asked if this the fact for the Kawasaki, we were informed no, SO WE BOUGHT IT. Rt. 3A called on my behalf and was informed that on page 114 of the owners manual it states that the craft can not be left in the water when not in use even if its pond water. They informed us that here is nothing that they can do seeing the warranty ran out in May. THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT STAND BEHIND YOU! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a very negative experience at H&K - I was hesitant to make the additional hour ride to Rt3 powersports- despite my attitude and voice obviously showing my irritation at the moment- the gentleman I spoke with was polite - professional - and had a great attitude. I arrived 50 minutes later- was greeted with enthusiasm - shown more machines than the two i had asked to see. Being in sales myself - I cant express the importance of an educated opinion - and encouragemt of a customer to look at all options prior to making an investment. Start to finish was 45 minutes - and wheeler was in the bed of my truck- ratchet strapped down - paperwork done - and my niece happier than you could imagine that her birthday present was there when she arrived. Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff here!

I have been dealing with the folks at Route 3A MotorSports for about 10 years now. 3 Can Ams, a Victory and a Kawasaki. The purchasing experience has always been air and square and I got good prices every time. Service has been outstanding. On one occasion I had a problem with my second Can Am and it needed a part they didnt have. They borrowed one off a model in the showroom and had me on the road in an hour. I consider them my favorite dealer. Local, honest, fair deals, excellent staff. They need a bigger lot and showroom but thats about all I might complain about.

Bought a brand new Jet Ski and they wouldnt throw in a $10 2" ball for the hitch ( I had a 2 5/8 ball but no 2" for the new trailer I just bought off them too ) I was in shock and told them that I couldnt believe theyd lose a repeat customer over $10!!?? When I went to pick it up and told the owners son he argued with me about it. What a bunch of money hungry jerks!!! Yamaha you should be ashamed to have these people selling your product!

I bought 2 four wheelers from this place and got it all the way to Maine to find one never engaged into gear. The place isnt a place I would recommend again ever. I took it to a great dealer in maine and paid to have it fixed. Well worth paying for the piece of mind to fix the machine.Mechanic didnt put it together right.

Overpriced on everything, better places in area like Bay-4 motorsports in Tewks. Sandra is obviously smoking crack or works for their interests..to change out a tire it cost $90 at route3A anywhere else its basically $60, Bay-4 does it for $50. Dont take my word for it verify for yourself.

Ive been coming to 3A since i was 17 years old, now 20 years later few if any other dealers are open on Sundays and Snowmobilers know how hard it is to find a place for that last minute item. Art in parts knows his stuff, they have a well rounded selection gear and supplies.
