I bought a 2015 BMW bike from Razee Motorcycles and they forgot to charge the battery. A week old bike and dead battery. I checked the usual suspects (lights, ignition turned in wrong spot, etc.) I havent connected any accessories either. I was pretty disappointed when their service department didnt even apologize for overlooking this issue when they assembled the bike. Thank goodness I have a hill where I live to rolling start it. Just frustrated as heck that a brand new 2015 bike has a battery low on charge and then deal with what sounded like a rude teenager over the phone when asking for assistance. I have roadside assistance, but I am a firm believer in fixing your own mistakes/allowing folks to fix their. I didnt expect them to send someone over, but the experience left me feeling very unappreciated as a customer. One star due to very poor post-purchase customer support.

I purchased my 2013 BMW S1000RR through here. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the service i recieved during the whole process. I had issues with the bank i was financing through and Michelle and Manny constantly re assured me not to worry that they could wait until it was sorted out. Every time i called i had NO problem getting in contact with Manny or Michelle. Always very prompt to call me back and very happy to assist. I also dealt with sue on finalizing my paperwork who was also awesome and very down to earth. Bottom line is.. 3 out of the 3 people i dealt with at this establishment were Awesome and went above and beyond. I will be reccomending all of my buddys here. Thank you guys!!

My engine light came on during a trip from Western NY to visit family in RI. When I got there, I looked up motorcycle repair in the area and Razees came up. The site looked good so I called and spoke to the service manager Brian. Best decision I made! He got me in the next morning. The whole staff, service, sales and parts, was very friendly and made me feel right at home and confident I was in good hands. My bike was done quickly, the price was fair and I was back on the road. I had a great time looking at the wide variety of bikes and talking to everyone while I waited. I can see why they are a busy shop.

My boyfriend and I went into Razees this morning to get him a new motorcycle jacket, unfortunately we didnt realize that the sales department had not opened yet, but we were not turned down. Russell took us right up to the jackets and let us pick out the right one, safely getting my boyfriend back on the road. I couldnt be happier with his service and wanted to personally thank him for taking the time to help us! Stellar customer service!

We had a long commute here ,lets just say they werent the most honest ,the manager told us he was going to talk to the manager and he was the manager ,my husband and i were astonished how rude the manager was ,didnt seen like he wanted to do buisness we told him in many occasions we are ready to do business ,the only person was the finance lady michelle with blond hair she was great ,will not buy here ever again ,we paid cash

I was told that my part would be there on Friday. Called and was told it wasnt there yet but to stop by later. Drove from Providence to get the part only to be told it would be there Monday. Well they arent even open on Monday. So I called back on Tuesday to see if it was there and got hung up on. Tried yet again today to be hung up on again. I will not be buying from them anymore.

I have no confidence in the shop. I had my 2016 Hypermotard in to replace a cracked frame and got the bike back with both front calipers loose. So much so that one of the calipers was hanging on by a few threads. They wouldnt even give me a free oil change for my troubles. Thats not good customer service at all. I wont be bringing my bike there for anything thats for sure.

I went trying to look at motorcycles, I had intended to purchase one, however none of the salespeople gave me any attention and I ended up going elsewhere for my bike purchase. I will consider them in the future because they do state inspections on motorcycles

Brought them a 07 R1200 RT, couldnt fix a engine ping/preignition problem correctly after several attempts. Spoke to Sales about trade in on it, would not deal at all due to that model essentially being a big fat lemon.
