Should have read the reviews first before bringing my boat here for service. My boat was damaged in an accident so I brought it there for a repair estimate. When I picked up my boat to get the insurance estimate, they tell me they want $650 (5% down-payment for the repair) to give the estimate to the insurance company. Im told that $650 is credited towards the repair work I get done and the parts I buy from them. Fine - pay the price, get the insurance settled, and then try to get my boat in for repair. They are fully booked all summer and cant take it until October. So I agree with them that Ill do some of the work myself during the summer, and then bring it to them to finish in the fall. I call in the beginning of October to get the fiberglass work done, and now they wont take it until Nov, but tell me they are just subbing the fiberglass work out, so to bring it directly to the fiberglass guy which I do. Then I buy all my parts there to fix the boat. I spent about $3200 in parts/labor and expect to apply at least part of my $650 dollar down-payment towards that, and now Im told that because Im not doing 100% of the work there (I did some myself), they are going to keep the entire $650 and call it the cost of doing the estimate. Through this entire process, their customer service was awful. They apparently are far too busy and have far too many customers to care about providing good customer service, and other than to go back there to try and get a refund on the parts I did buy there (which were much more than elsewhere online) I will never go there again.

bought a 2013 seadoo jetski in March. The price was average, not a deal. Ive already needed to bring the jetski back twice before August. First ride in April was an intercooler issue that the manufacturer recalled but this dealership didnt bother test riding it or fixing this known problem. Second issue happened this month, took it there and it was an exhaust seal and weak fuel injector. Got it back anbd rode it for half a day before itbroke down showing the same symptoms as the exhaust seal/ injector. Fuel injector was weak and they didnt even bother repairing it so now Im out another few weekends of jetskiing. Atleast this time I know that they do the bare minimum, or there mechanics arent experienced. either way i dont recommend this place for service and Im bringing the jetski to DaSilva Motorsports for now on. In conclusion if youd rather be riding your craft then take it some where else. If you are ok with trailering it every other week to have a problem that may or not be fixed then this is the place to go. If you do decide to go here make sure you take advantage of their launch ramp on the river to test ride it yourself before towing it back home!!

Prepare yourself for the worst customer service imaginable. I asked them for an estimate before completing any repairs. They did hundreds of dollars of work without my authorization. I had to threaten to leave a bad review for them to do the right thing in spite of their addmission of failing to call with the estimate. The manager considered my intention to leave an honest review to be a threat against her personal safety (rediculous really). Years later my machine broke down and I decided to give them another shot. I called ahead and gave them my name before driving an hour to drop off. When I got there they refused to service my machine. These people are not only poor business people. They are also spiteful jerks who do not deserve a dime from anyone.

I called Billerica Motorsports over the summer about my 2015 SR Viper which I discovered had a broken clutch spring. I told them I bought the sled at another dealer and asked if they could fix this under warranty. They said yes but to call back at the beginning of snowmobiling season. Fast forward to this morning when I called them to make an appointment and was informed that "I should bring it to the dealer I bought it from." When pressed they admitted that legally they have to fix it but that ownership mandates that if the sled wasnt purchased there they push off warranty work until the customer becomes so frustrated that they go elsewhere.

I took 2 snowmobiles here to get serviced before this winter. I paid a total of $1800. I rode in New Hampshire this weekend for the first time since the sleds have been serviced. One sled had the wrong belt on, it was so tight it stalled the engine out when I was idling. My second sled was completely out of oil following a plug and has a serious clutch issue. I will be calling and asking for some sort of refund, or for them to properly fix my sleds, but after that I will no longer return to Billerica motorsports!

Went in to have a Key made for a Yamaha Moped, something they claim to be a dealer for, yet, they dont have the Key Blanks, and he tried to sell me a new lock set for $98, get real. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Service Sucks, no inventory. JOKE DEALER & SERVICE DEPT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Dont waste your time with these guys.

Take your business somewhere else. These guys gave me a $90 estimate and committed to calling before repairs exceeded $90. They never called. Gave me an invoice more than twice the estimate and refused to make things right. They are DISHONEST!!!

They have serviced my bikes for aost 20 years. Always fixed any issues and keep them all running like new. Show room is well stocked and great staff. The only place I buy or take anything with an engine in for service. Wish they worked on cars.

The people here are friendly and very helpful. They may not have your part in stock (so call ahead) but they will order it and get it in quickly. If youre looking for something really common though they are more than likely to have it.

Just bought my new Yamaha bolt here. Pricing was solid and sale was easy. Mike was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. Would come back for another bike. If anything changes ill be sure to update this.

Great place and people there are very friendly. Bought my Snowmobile there and might buy a Sea-Doo there next summer. The salesman Mike was easy going and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I would recommend to anyone.
