Ron the Service manager is knowledgeable and wants to provide the best experience possible but he is surrounded by incompetence. I have had a number of things done there to my 2 Harleys but this last go around has me wondering if Ill be back. After bringing my Heritage there for the primary and transmission fluids change, within 60 miles the bike started to leak oil. I took it back to them and they told me it was going to cost $520 to fix it. Now, this bike never leaked a drop in 28,000 miles but all of a sudden its leaking after they work on it? They order parts from Harley and ask me if Ill pay for over nite delivery which I agree to. Five days later the parts arrive and the bike still isnt fixed. Ive had Joe tell me hell call me back 3 times which he never did and another guy tell me to call him first thing in the morning (9am). I called at 9:30 and he wasnt in yet. Go figure. Dont bring your baby there unless you want to waste a bunch of money fixing her after

I took the beginner riders course and it was pretty tough. I think the best part of the class was the Riding Coach Chip! He is the most kind hearted patient man! He was so encouraging and the way he coaches is so supportive. He never made me feel bad about myself or that I couldnt do it! Im a female and Im only 411. He kept me motivated and really helped keep my mental attitude positive! If you have ever been on a bike or understand the concept of shifting gears, youll do fine! However, if youre a complete newbie.. remember.. positive attitude gets you far! Chip thank you so much for all your support! You are absolutely the awesomest coach ever!! :o)

Worst Experience ever. Im 56 years old, so not my first rodeo. While negotiating to purchase a bike, I was given conflicting information from the sales manager "Willie" and the sales person "Dan". The numbers were all over the place. I finally walked away, in frustration. The following day, I called Dan to let him know that I would like to try to work something out. He informed me that Willie was off for 2 days and that he would put a hold tag on the bike until we could all sit and talk. I called back this morning and was informed by Dan, that Willie had sold the bike out from under me. Great way to do business!

The new riders training course is a joke, if theres anything in my life I could say I wasted money on itd be just that. They give you these hunk of junk motorcycles to train on, and absolutely 0 motivation from the instructors. As someone whose new to riding and looking for a place to learn and train, this is not the place. Spend your money elsewhere, this place just doesnt give you the amount of time to get a feel for "the ride". Be prepared to just get rushed through.

I bought the Street 750 Spring 2014. The sales rep was patient as I took my time test riding a couple of bikes. The payment process was straight forward, and they let my kids roam the apparel aisles while I made the bike purchase. There was a cook out going on and they fed my kids! They delivered my bike an hour from their location/ and followed up with a phone call asking how everything was going. It was an overall pleasurable experience.

I was lucky enough to attend a beginners class to get my motorcycle license at Minuteman. I drove by Moms and several competitors to attend the course in Dartmouth, and Im glad I did. The instructors were knowledgeable and confident. Everything they told us we had to know, and they were enthusiastic to teach. I would without hesitation recommend Minuteman to anyone looking to take a course, or buy a bike or accessories. Happy Riding.

I just took the basic rider course here (04/13/17 - 04/16/17) and had a great experience. The instructors, Chris and Martha, are personable, friendly, patient, and easy to learn from. I would recommend anyone looking to get their motorcycle enforcement come here. They also use full size 500cc bikes here, which personally I believe is important in getting a real feel for something you might actually buy afterwards. 5 stars!

If youre even considering getting on a bike, this is the place to start! The beginner riders course was outstanding. Scott & Martha were my instructors and they were great. Extremely friendly, thorough descriptions of expectations and filled with all the knowledge you need before you hit the road on a bike. Even if youve never been on a bike this course will get you ready to ride. Take the course...and take it HERE!!!

Great place to learn to ride but I will never buy a bike from minuteman again or a Harley for that matter. They nickel and dime you and are not upfront about anything including what you need to bring on the day you sign papers. Definitely one of those "were doing you a favor letting you buy our bike" kind of places. Like I said great place to take the rider course but go somewhere else to buy a bike or accessories.

I have purchased multiple motorcycles from Minuteman over the past 2 years with a great experience. If you are looking for a new bike go see Kat and Joe, they will give you honest numbers with no hidden costs at signing. All costs (sales tax, reg, title, freight, doc fees) were clearly explained before even sitting in finance office to sign. I have also used service and parts department with similar experiences.

Just passed the new rider course with Martha and Scott. Two days ago I had never even started a motorcycle. I am beyond elated to finally cross this off my bucket list. Both instructors were excellent teachers and leaders and with their help I was able to successfully pass the course. To add, the staff was awesome at the dealership too! I highly recommend taking the new rider course!!

This is my second Harley that Ive purchased from Minuteman. After the first bike was totaled in an accident. I decided to buy my new bike from them because of the great experience I had the first time. Great staff friendly and helpful. I usually deal with Felicia in the parts department but theyre all very knowledgeable. I would definitely buy another bike from Minuteman.

These people are down right crooks. My father brought his road king here for service and add a bunch of after market parts. When he went to pick his bike up they lied said they lost his stock parts and would call him if they turned up. Bull shi####. Cause he forced his way in the back room and there they were siting right there. Dont buy or service from them .

I had a trip to the Cape and this is the nearest dealer that rents close. ( from what I know.) Dan was really cool, and helpful to get me riding. I wish I had it over a weekend, the Cape on a bike is stop and go some times but overall Id do it again. Maybe a smaller bike next time. Great rental experience.
