One of the employees treated me like trash. She gave me attitude and for one pair of glasses: $400. When I said it was too much and to remove a feature of the glasses, she got angry and kept insisting on me buying the glasses for $400. I got up and spoke to a manager and the employee ended up throwing my prescription paper away. Luckily I was here before and they found my file with my prescription. I dont know the name of this employee, but she was a blonde lady and had a black sleeveless shirt. I ended up speaking to a manager (who was super sweet) and she gave me a 40% discount. The manager was extremely sweet(I dont know her name but she was a blonde lady who speaks English and Spanish. She also had a red shirt on) However, the eye doctor (I think its Dr. Garcia) is super kind. Hes funny and helpful. He explains everything thoroughly and always gives me tips on how to take care of my glasses and eyes. Hes the reason I will continue going to this place and Ill just get my glasses somewhere else.

I was told if I ordered my glasses the day of my eye exam (yesterday) that I would get my glasses the next day by noon. I had developed an infection and it was urgent for me to have my glasses to start treatment for the infection. I went to pick up my glasses around 3:40pm and the technician just tells me there was a medical emergency and my glasses wont be done until later tonight. Not really much of an explanation or apology for the inconvenience. In a way my needing the glasses today was medical as well. They could have called me at noon telling me they wouldnt be ready instead of me driving out here to not get them. Majority of the staff is more than fine, however, a few really seemed like they couldnt care less.

Jennifer is the most effective and kind employee there. She helped me find glasses for my twelve year old and my nine year old. She gave me options in my price range and even offered us discounts available! After the bifocals were ready, she taught them how to use them and even called me to make sure they were doing ok. The glasses were perfectly made and my daughters are doing great. Thanks Jennifer!

Went in for a new pair of glasses last week. I was helped by Jennifer who is the best customer service rep I have met in years. She was top notch. A true professional. I cant ever remember saying that I enjoyed my trip to go get glasses. Hats off to Jennifer! Totally awesome.
