We had an overall positive experience. We had researched the Honda Civic we wanted, and the sales team accepted our offer with minimal theatrics. (You know, just the usual "I doubt theyll accept that, but I can ask," preceded by a totally non-binding signature next to our offer.) They re-balanced the tires at our request and even had the car delivered to us two hours away because PennDOT had closed for the weekend. Thats some good customer service for a $6,000 purchase. My only criticism is that the tires on the car were really not in good condition. I decided they were okay for the total price, but you really need to be looking. I replaced the two fronts within 2 months and 2,000 miles of purchase because of cracking in the sidewalls, which is not exactly a minor issue. One of those had a manufacture date 5 years past, which is awfully close to the 6 year limit generally recommended. Dont just check the tread depth, because dry rubber is also hazardous. Four stars!

Yes the hunt will end with a great car checked out by their competent service department and then competitively priced by a trusted sales staff. Whether you are in the neighborhood or shopping outside the area online your search is about to happily end here!
