On 1 Jan 2014, I purchased a 2010 Ford F150 from the Williamsburg Chrysler Jeep Dodge Kia Dealership in Williamsburg, VA. Routinely, I was given the paperwork for the vehicle which included a check list verifying that the vehicle had been inspected and everything was in good, working order. The low pressure warning light came on shortly after my purchase. The weather was extremely cold so I added more air to the recommended 35psi. When my first inspection was due I took it to Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax, VA, close to my current home and place of employment. That was on 17 Feb 2014. The inspection revealed that the vehicle’s tires needed “immediate attention” and the tread depth/wear was “red”. I explained to the service department, that I had bought the vehicle less than 6 months before and that the paperwork reflected, that the tires had been inspected and were indeed good tires. I told them that I would contact the dealership in Williamsburg for resolution; assuming that it was only an oversight on their part. I called the Williamsburg dealership to report the tires and was told to bring the vehicle back in. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership on 22 Feb 2014, I met with the after sale manager to discuss the issue. I was informed within minutes that he had already had a mechanic check the tires and they were fine. I requested an official inspection which was “conducted” without question. I was given a completed inspection form that was performed by Douglas J Tambone. There was no signature and no date. Upon completion of the inspection, he informed that the tires were fine but that I should consider replacing them within the next 6 months. I expressed my concerns that the findings of the other shop had been to the contrary of theirs. The service manager assured me that the shop in Fairfax was only trying to pad their service by having me replace the tires sooner than necessary. I determined that I would have to eat my loss and deal with the tires. However, on the morning of 14 Mar 2014 I discovered I had a flat tire. That is when I realized I had no tire jack. I had to have my truck towed to a nearby tire shop. I decided to have all the tires checked one more time given the circumstances. The mechanic determined that my tires were indeed dry-rotted. They should not have been sold in that condition.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Please dont get scammed by this place. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Told us what the expected payment would be as long as we have good credit (which we do) and got us to fill out some paperwork. All of a sudden after the test drive (which he didnt even check our drivers licenses for or come with us) he said what he told us wasnt true and the expected payment would be $60 more a month than he said at first. I completely get that they cant give me an exact number without checking credit but thats way more of a difference than I was expecting. I asked him to NOT pull my credit by any means and put a hit on it for something we didnt even think we wanted anymore because we werent interested in paying that much. He said he would "be right back" and then eventually told us that the payment would be higher regardless but if we want a lower payment then we should go with "less options". I asked if he could honor what he originally said or even come close and he brought the finance guy over who didnt even introduce himself and just kept pushing us to do a deal we werent interested in. I then asked if they pulled the credit even though I asked them not to and he said "sorry, its my fault we accidentally did". So they werent even going to tell us they did exactly what they said they wouldnt. We told them we werent interested in giving them any business after being treated that way and the finance guy stormed off in a rage out the door. At least the sales guy said he was sorry. Needless to say dont ever go here!! Maybe the other salespeople are decent, but we were very displeased with Larrys actions (and also the unknown finance guy who never even told us his name).

On the morning of October 24, 2014, I walked into the Williamsburg Chrysler dealership and was warmly greeted by Teresa Pearce, Service Consultant, and shown the location that I needed to be. The next person that I spoke to was Scot Southard, Chrysler Representative, and again warmly welcomed and assisted with filling out my registration papers. Scot pleasantly introduced me to Pamela Lawrence, Sales Consultant, and she started the process of getting me a newer model car. From the time that Pamela and I started our business transaction, she worked professionally and diligently to get me the best deal possible. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She was able to get a wonderful deal for me and I love my newer car! I was next introduced to James Barth, Business Manager, who guided me through the necessary paperwork. He was very professional and explained everything so that I could understand it. I really appreciate the fact that each one of your employees made me really glad that I came to Williamsburg Chrysler! The four people that I have mentioned previously, I feel, went beyond their duties and I would recommend my family and friends to conduct business with you all happily! They made everything easy to understand, answered any concerns that I had, even brought me popcorn and a soda to make sure that I was comfortable! I commend their attitudes and general business manners! You have five A-one employees and I appreciate everything that they did to assist me!! I also want to thank Keith Hassen, General Sales Manager, for all of his expertise and also getting me a great deal and a great car! He is also A-one!

I just wanted to leave feedback on our experiance today at your service department at Williamsburg Dodge Kia and I hope that this reaches someone on top of the chain of command. My husband and I brought our 05 Dodge Magnum in today to get a diagnosis because it had many defaults. I was very affraid to bring it there because I have not had very good experiances in the past with ANY dealership, but today I left very happy. It started in the service department when Cliff Louaillier was patient with me, answered all of my questions, was VERY pleasant, and very helpful. Then the mechanic Randy ran the test on my car brought both of us in there showed us the results of the computer and of course my questions started rolling. Randy was very patient answered and explained ALL of my concerns, and proved to be very efficeint and gave me relief in trusting that he can and will fix my car. Then Cliff comes back patient once again with my questions found our part explained the price and how long it will take and it wasnt even unreasonable which I had anticipated which made me want to ask about fixing other things on my car apart from the computer which I was NOT going to even think about going to a dealership for...Once again Cliff was very patient, friendly, and assisted us with everything. They even laughed and joked with us like normal people and not all pushy and rude strictly business attitude. I cannot believe I had such great feedback after coming here, but you have one pleased customer due to these two guys specifically and they are the reason that I will be bringing my car to them in the future. Thank you
