Updated: July 20, 2017 After my initial review I got a call from Mr. Tony Deet (sp) who not only apologized and took full responsibility for the errors with our service, He also offered us a more than satisfsctory solution. He unserstood our frustration and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased at our next service appointment. Although hesitant to return, Im glad we did. Weve had MUCH better experiences on our two latest visits for oil changes and standard maintenance. If you have an issue, speak to Mr. Tony Deet. He WILL make it right. ------------------------------- Terrible experience with the service division. Everytime we bring our 2015 Oddysey here they find "other" issues. On prior visits we have gotten our vehicle back and the A/C would not blow..we made them correct it before we left the lot. Another time they had to go back in, holding the car for two days after an oil change because suddenly the pistons were bad. We have always serviced our van on schedule. It was always in perfect condition and returned that way by the Bowie location, but we preferred Waldorf as it is closer to home. This was the lasy straw. We had the oil changed on Tuesday May 27 and was told it was time to change the timing belt, serpatine belt and water pump which would run us just over $900. We set the appointment for today, Thursday June 1. Of course, they call and claim that suddenly the suspension is leaking oil and that would bring our total to over $1200. We were encouraged to do it now because if we waited it would be double the cost to go back into the engine. We arent mechanics so we have no choice but to trust their word. We pay it in full. Less than an hour later, my husband has to take it back because the dashboard check engine light is on. We were livid. Out of nowhere now the sensors need to be replaced...we told them we werent paying another dime!! Our vehicle is always in prestine condition until we bring it here for service. I plan to contact Honda Corporate offices. I personally feel this location gouges its customers and preys on their trust while at the same time putting enough fear of a worst case scenario happening and it costing more later.

This was by far the quickest and stress-free car purchasing I have done my entire life. The Waldorf Honda team greeted me with open arms upon my arrival at the Opening of the Dealership on Columbus Day 2016. I first ran into sales manager Michael Council and told him that I was interested in purchasing (a 2016 Honda Accord Touring) and did not wanted to spend all day long in a dealership to purchase a car. Michael led me to salesman Gregg Smith. Gregg told me they did not have any 2016 in stock but they did have a parking lot full of 2017 Accord Touring’s in-stock and would I like to test drive one. I accepted the test drive and Gregg told me all about the features of the vehicle and I loved the way it look and drove. After test driving the vehicle, I sat down with Greg told him where I was at on purchasing and that was it in a nutshell. I talked to Sales Manager Michael and within 15- 20 minutes later I was in the process of purchasing and signing paperwork for a New 2017 Honda Accord Touring. During the time I was signing paperwork or seeing if I wanted to include addition offers on the new purchase ( i.e warrantees, Honda Care packages, etc.), Gregg had taking the vehicle over to the Care Team for detailing (cleaning). One Great thing I have to say about the entire purchase was that there was NO Sales Pressure on purchasing anything. On a scale of 1 – 10 with 10 being the highest, I rate this entire purchase/process as a 10. During the short breaks of waiting on signing paperwork, Greg and I was talking in conversation as if we knew each other for years, but low and behold during our conversation Gregg’s brother and I played ball together in High School. What a small world. Gregg keep up the professionalism and great candor and you will always excel and make many customers Happy in their experience in purchasing a vehicle from you and the Waldorf Honda Team. I give GREAT CUDOS to Gregg and the Waldorf Honda Team. V/r Charles, A proud and delighted Owner of 2017 Honda Accord Touring

Can I just tell you how awesome this place is?? I purchased my Civic from here, so when I needed an upgrade, of course I came back. The only issue was I had moved out of state. My dad met with the salesperson Shak and took the CR-V for a test drive. Shak took the time to explain everything to my dad, and then call me and go over all the details and features. I took the time and thought about it, and Shak gave me his personal number in case I had any questions. Well, I did. On Mothers Day. When he was off and the dealership was closed. And he still answered all my questions promptly, telling me to let him know if I needed anything else. Danny took the time to give my dad a great quote and personally assisted Shak with the sale. Danny, Shak, and Mike set everything up for me. I made the 3 hour drive over there, took the CR-V for a test drive, and made my decision. They already had the process started and the vehicle cleaned and ready for me to drive home. They even took care of the tax and titling for Delaware right there. Oh, and Pamela in finance? Fantastic!! She worked with us, and their completely green approach (all of your documents are signed electronically, and given to you on a flash drive the size of a credit card) is very progressive. And...they are a pet-friendly dealership. I didnt want to leave my 7 month old puppy in her crate for that long, and she LOVES car rides :) The entire staff was positive about me bringing my pup in with me, and she napped under their desks after giving her approval of the CR-V :) All in all, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be returning to Waldorf Honda for my future vehicle purchases!

I came to this dealer because I was interested in its Costco program not to buy a car. The salesman was considerate and quite helpful. My car was 15 years old and expensive to repair so I did want something new. When I found out how much the financing was and I said I wanted to shop to around the fireworks started. I was visited by one manager type who wanted to know what could he do to help me decide. After saving no for the fifth or six time he went away and I was soon visited by the managers boss who said he was a personal friend of the lender and could improve the rate. He did come back with a slightly better rate. When I said no again he went away. Since I never got my d car key back after the inspection I couldnt just walk out the door. Before I knew it, manger two came back and provided me with a note that would put their deal on hold giving me 5 days to shop around. I did need a car and like the one I saw so I agreed to complete the deal. I soon learned that 5 days was not enough time to look around. My most shocking realization came a day latter by a conversation I had with my sales person. It came out in the conversation that not all cars qualify for Costcos pricing, like the one I purchased. It was the old bate and switch. I was so focus on the financing, I never question the type of deal I was getting. All the direct questions I asked about the Costo program were never answered directly. Vague references were made about the program and how long Waldorf was an active participant. I was not treat in a fair and honest manner and ended up with a deal I would not have taken if I know the truth. Buyer beware when you are working with Waldorf Honda.
