Sorry this is long, but this really happened today at the Fontana (Sierra) Goodwill. I found a shirt I liked in the ladies shirts and asked the sales clerk, Mike, if he can find a tag on it ,( I couldnt find one). He cant find a tag, so he takes the shirt to the counter, telling me that were going to find out the price of it. All the womens shirts are $5.99 unless they are the color of the day. So, he looks at it and says "its a jacket, youre going to wear it like a jacket". I said no, Im going to wear it like a shirt. He says no, youre going to wear it over something like a jacket. (This is a button up cotton shirt with a collar). I asked how much a jacket is, and he says $9.99. I told him I dont want it. He says he will hold it for an hour for me. But Mike? I dont want it. So... I go over to the mens t-shirts, marked $1.99. I find a big 5X mens Bar Harbor t-shirt with a pocket, and want to buy it to sleep in. Mike rings it up at $5.99. He saw me get it from the mens rack. I ask him why am I paying the womans price for a mens t-shirt, and he said because Im going to wear it and Im a woman. WTF. The manager was very nice and refunded my money. This was at 4:15 today at the Sierra Fontana Goodwill.

They have some brand new clothes. I found some Jones new York New slacks with store tags $8.99, a little pricey, but I got my senior discount. Many racks were too full and tight.
