The worst sales and service experience of my life, hands down. First, Mark Haddad tried giving away the bike that I had a signed $500 deposit down on for over 6 months. He tried to justify the act by saying the man was a military veteran who was very excited about the bike. He then says, "Youre really going to make me call a veteran and tell him he cant have what I just promised him?". Mark then sends me a Buyers Order for almost $400 more than the original Buyers Order we had both agreed upon and signed 6 months prior. He goes on to tell me that the first Buyers Order was just a rough estimate and that this in now the new final price of the bike. Mark did not honor the original agreed upon price until I had him show the original Buyers Order to his supervisor. He then says, "Oh man, youre really gouging me for the deal of the century here". Afraid of being hit with some hidden buyers fee, I brought in the remaining $10,823.86 in cash to buy the bike outright. I arrived at 4:30pm and was quickly told that I could not buy the bike because they were getting ready to close at 6pm. I had to explain that I already talked to Mark about leaving work early to pick up the bike and was then reluctantly helped by another salesman. After the sale was awkwardly completed, I noticed that the oil level wasnt reading in the viewing window. I brought it to attention and was told that "those windows are tricky to read" as he assured me there was enough oil in the bike. Right before the 2,000 mile break in period, the bike overheated (temp gauge maxed out) and the red oil indicator light kicked on. I immediately shut the bike off and walked it home. I had Manchester Honda pick up the bike from my house to get it looked at and to also get the first service done. The bonified oil change was close to $300 and the service employee, Eric, didnt seem to know what was being addressed during the service. I had to educate him on KTMs first service requirements and was quickly talked down to as if I knew nothing about motorcycles. Upon inspecting the bike after the first service I once again noticed that the oil level wasnt reading in the view window. Eric assured me that there was the proper amount of oil in the bike and that I just didnt know how to read the window. Within a couple hundred miles after the first service, I noticed a very sporadic tick noise coming from the motor. I brought the bike in immediately to get the issue addressed and was greeted in a very disrespectful manner by the service staff. The master tech, Mike, took my bike out for ride and also heard the tick noise, but admitted that he had no idea what it could be.. The service department noted the confirmed complaint and sent me on my way. The tick noise only got worse over the next couple rides, so I decided to check out the oil level. I did an oil change, exactly to KTM specs, which revealed that there was only .8 quarts of motor oil in my bike... 1 quart less than what KTM specs call for. I reached out to Eric immediately about the lack of oil in the bike and despite the numerous email regarding the issue, I have been completely ignored. The Manchester Honda sales and service staff do not stand behind anything that they say or do. They have irreversibly damaged my brand new motorcycle and have offered absolutely nothing to fix their mistake; not even an apology. Manchester Hondas lack of recognition and accountability forces me to file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and KTM directly.

By FAR the best deal experience ive ever delt with. Heres the story. a few months ago i decided to take a 5 hour trip to NY on my motorcycle,an RC51, and back. I knew my forks were leaking but i decided it wasnt bad enough to deal with. Low and behold, 1 week before i was set to leave, the leak got bad enough to start dripping oil onto my front brakes. So i decided to call around to see if someone could perform a miracle and get my forks done in 3 days. Called around, alot of nos and 500$+ quotes along with "maybe sometime next week". Finally i called these guys. I swear they said they could have it done that day (i was okay with up to 3 days and ive been quoted much faster times then are actual before). So i decided why not. although they didnt have the seals in stock ,another place did. I picked up the seals on my way there and dropped the bike. Even though they SAID it would be done that day, i didnt believe them in the slightest. Get a call at 5:15 (dropped it off at 10AM) "Hey your bikes done" so yeah, un-believable time, and they quoted lower then anyone else i had called. I guess you can call my experience an extremely good one.

The general incompetence of the fools who sell parts here is pretty astonishing. I have problems literally every time I go; the latest trip was to buy valve shims and the dude asked if I wanted rubber or metal with a straight face... Rubber valve shims? Im trying to fix valve clearance in my cylinder head and this guy wants to sell me valve stems for my tires, because Im the only person in the world running tubeless tires on my dirt bike. Went to Gengras Harley, because the V-Rod uses standard 10mm shims, and the guys over there arent totally retarded.
