Bought two bikes same day 1 new 1 demo. sold me the demo as new on the invoice. On the demo bike I pointed out a few paint chips they said they would take care of. Was told the radio was Sirius capable just need to download it. Bikes were delivered. On the demo bikes paint chips not fixed, Sirius cost $400.00 plus labor to install, only one key fob, turns out demo bike was a dealer rental so who knows how many people drove it titled as used. The new bike didnt come with a owners manual. over charged on tax and registration on both bikes. Basically management said used bikes only come with one fob and no difference between dealer demo and dealer rental. Wont buy there again!! Buyer Beware!!

They need more informed sales representatives behind the parts counter. I went in on Black Friday morning and was very rudely told that the part that I was looking for was not in the catalog he had so it wasnt available. I Called another Dealership and was told to come in and they would order the part for me. Glad to have more than 1 DEALERSHIP in my area. I really hope that management reads this. Management did read my review and I was contacted with an apology. They came up with a plan that I have complete confidence that it will work. I had a short talk with Brendyn from the dealership he was a big help. If you are interested in a new or used Bike see him !

I have never been accosted so relentlessly by salesmen in my life. It was abusive. We did not even make it to one end of the store before we had to flee. There are a lot of good, respectful dealerships around, there is no need to go to this one. I will not buy a motorcycle here and unless you wanna be treated like meat at the slaughter house neither will you.

As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by a younger fellow with a smile and welcome at the door. Came in for oil and stabilizer to get my bike ready for the winter and the kid who greeted me at the door took the time to show me around the whole shop. Definitely felt like I was welcome and will be returning.

A conartist place. They sold a bike with no title. Tried to get the Ninja traded back, they said they sold it. No refund. Said nothing they could do. Stuck with a bike I cant register. Now additional $$$$ tied up in litigation fees. A nightmare of a Harley Dealership!!!

Service department is fast and friendly, they can get you in and out pretty quick. Also plenty of stuff to do while you wait. Lots of great motorcycles on the sales floor, and awesome people in the motor clothes side of the store. Very helpful, very friendly.

I thought i was on the price is right, on wednesday night febuary 8 2012, keep guessing a price they didnt like it. the salesmans was demanding me to take out a loan. I stormed out after he insulted me. gengras is giving to me for 16.4K.

Nice selection of motorcycles, and accessories. Not shopping for a bike so it was off too the back of the store for the overpriced clothing. Yes I chose to pay it so I should be quiet, but some of the stuff cant be found elsewhere.

Called to make sure the mirrors I wanted were in Stock, bought them, got home, opened the box and ONE mirror. I called them and they said the other was on the display rack. Learned my lesson, gengras here I come!
