They used to be great, changed management both in sales and service, and they are horrible. They tell you to bring your bike in, dont give it back when promised, and when I did finally get it back, the oil light was on (got an oil change), my dash went blank, and there were several other things wrong. I told a friend about the experience, and he said he would chance it - this is what he just told me: "I didnt have time to bring it elsewhere and they were really only doing ruitine things. Scheduled it 3 weeks ago. Confirmed last week that they were all set. Dropped if off weds and they said itd go on the lift thursday. Called yesterday and they hadnt touched it. But assured me it was going on the lift right then. Still no call today...." Do yourself a favor and find the time to go elsewhere. Why is it so hard to find a reputable bike shop these days??!

Mr. Will, I believe you have us confused with another dealership, as Columbia Motorsports has not spoken to either yourself or your son in recent history. I looked up all recent sales history and neither yourself or your son has purchased anything from the store since 2007. In order for our sales department to have sold your 18 year old son either a motorcycle or ATV with financing he would have had to an adult co-signer to be approved for our financing. We have a very responsible sales staff that prides itself on being very respectable. If you have any questions please give us a call I would really like to clear up any confusion on this matter. damaged my parts, admitted it and *refused to pay or take responsibility.. have pictures to prove. and im not the only person whose bike theyve damaged either! you want your tank scratched? bike left outside? chain rusted? bolts stripped? warning lights on? NEVER go to Columbia Motor Sports.. EVER. and these are the types of guys who make fake profiles, use friends and family to write positive reviews for themselves! dont believe it..

I had them sell my motorcycle on consignment and the written contract did not reflect the conversation we had at the time the agreement was made. If you do business with them, make sure the contract represents the verbal deal exactly!
