I decided it was time for a change in bike and company, so one night I went to a bike night up in Springfield MA (I live up there) and a different Victory dealer was there from that same city (I wont name them, but its easy to find out who they are). They barely got up from their chairs when I asked to sit on a bike they had brought, and when I inquired about the bike, they had no real answers. I ended up there a couple weeks later and holy cow- I dont expect a motorcycle salesperson to be in a three piece suit, but it would be nice to tell them apart from the customers. And, if they knew at least as much as the customers who were looking for information! They were more interested in gawking at my possible trade in while smoking cigarettes than trying to sell me anything! Terrible experience. I had the following Saturday off and decided to look online for a different Victory dealer and found Shark Cycles. I hopped in the truck with no riding gear and took off. When I got there, it was a demo day- I had no idea. I met Nick inside as I walked around- he greeted me but gave me all the space I needed to sit on, try on, and look at everything but was able to give me time when I had questions. They gave me a helmet and jacket to use and off I went on a couple of test drives! That was it- I was hooked. The Gunner fit me like a glove. I put the deposit down, added some accessories and clothing and picked it up later in the week. They even stayed open for me after their normal closing time so I could sign the paperwork and take it home (Insurance company didnt get them the info til after I drove all the way down there)... What can I say? Awesome experience, great bike, good team. What else can you ask for? I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a bike. And, its a nice little ride to get out there!

The staff was great. We went in to look at the new 2015 Arctic Cat Pantera Limited. We had approval but wanted to shop around a bit. We went to Enfield motor sports, looked at a ski doo. The sales rep there didnt seem to want to make a sale. We asked if he would throw in anything. The sled came as in with NO extras. The next day our sales guy called to check in. At the time they were offering new belt and cover to go with the sled. Neither of which we needed. I did however need a new pair of bibs and coat. They were willing to give me those instead. I was very happy with the staff there. Someone made sure i had the right fit for all the stuff i wanted from helmet to the bibs and coat. Now for the sled...I LOVE IT!!! Couldnt have asked for a better ride!!! Let me tell you the seat and hand warmers/thumb warmers almost burned my they got so hot lol. And that was with -20 degree weather. I never felt cold at all. Love the butt warmer as an added feature. That sled rides so amazing on the trails. You dont feel any bumps. I could go on and on between the sled and the staff.

Horrible customer service! Beware of the guaranteed financing. They charge 30% to 40% over the cash price and hit you with a 17% interest rate! They do not follow up and being in the business this is unacceptable. Set an appointment on a Saturday and went up with my wife and newborn baby to buy an ATV. The first sales person spent 10 minutes with me and told me he was too busy to work with me and put with another sales person. After 2 hours this salesperson told me he was to busy to get me numbers and played games with my trade. Long story short. I was offered no financing unless I was willing to spend an extra $4500 on an ATV! They offered $8000 on my trade that I have $60000 invested in. I understand the business but $8000 is a slap in the face. I received $10500 and received a tax credit, and bought a Can Am 2015 800R for $500 under invoice with a plow, heated grips, windshield, mud guards helmets, and a Looney Tuned slip on pipe for thousands less than a stripped out ATV a Shark Cycle scammers. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

star I just bought a previously owned 2012 Victory Cross Roads from Shark Cycle yesterday. I have 48 years of riding experience, have been an MSF RiderCoach for 8 years, and have owned or been astride just about everything out there. In that time I have had reason to do business with more dealers than I can count. My experience this time with Shark was very pleasant, indeed. They were friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. I dont very often get to say after making a major purchase that I have nothing to complain about. This is one of those times. My salesperson was Nick and the Business Manager who took care of all the paperwork and documentation was Jen. Cant say enough good things about both of them. The next time I am in the market for another bike (at the age of 66 this may be my last one!) I will definately check with them first to see if they have what I am looking for.

I want to thank some people at shark that have helped me overcome a tragedy and get back on to the best bike on the road a victory vision. I want to recognize Jen in financing who when i was in my accident she helped me with the bank to stop payments and freeze my account until all was settled. she would also check up with me to make sure i was feeling okay as if I was part of her family. Her and Shark have gone WAY beyond customer service for me. Second person to thank is Nick in sales, This guy smiles from the time you walk in till the time you leave. He takes the time to know who you are and something about you. this is my second Vision i purchased thru him and he got me into a sweet deal. He knows the product and he also isnt closed minded to other bikes and how they compare to Victory good or bad. So thank you Jen, Nick and Shark and all its staff you guys ROCK!! Tom P.

I hate dealers, I thought they all sucked, NOT THIS ONE!!! Couldnt be happier with my experience with Shark Cycle!! I made all arrangements with Nick on the phone to purchase my new sled before driving the 2 1/2 hours to get there and they honored every detail of our phone deal!! Honestly they are a well oiled machine, paying attention to details, from reception, to sales, to finance and delivery, even had a meet and greet with Bob the owner who brought us around for intros to the parts and service guys!!!.... Every aspect was handled with courtesy and professionalism in a welcoming way and Im honestly a bit hard to please!! Lets not forget they beat (by a lot) everyone else on price and trade-in value... Im happy to wear my new "I Got My Ride at Shark Cycle" T-Shirt, which happened to be free too, Go Shark!!

I just got home last night after purchasing a Victory from Shark Cycle. I was a little worried driving over 300 miles to trade in my older Victory for a newer one. The salesperson, Nick, and finance person, Jen, were both excellent. The deal went smoothly. I was given the price quoted for my old bike and a good price on the one I purchased. They did not do the typical dealer move that I was expecting like changing the price or the value of trade-in once I was there. They were true to their word. I cant remember the names of the maintenance staff, but they were also helpful, showing me the features of my new ride and helped me load it onto the trailer. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend Shark Cycle to anyone. It is worth the ride!
