I went in for a battery replacement after reading some positive reviews here... and I can honestly say that anything positive you read is 100% true. Alex greeted me immediately upon entering, introduced himself, and gave me a firm handshake. He asked me how he could help me, and then immediately replaced the battery in my watch for a fraction of the price I was quoted from other jewelers. This is the kind of business that everyone should support. Fair prices, fast service, and a tight knit family feel.

This was beyond a amazing experience! After a last minute descsion on a engraved cigar box 5 min before closing! Alex and his wife made it happen for me with a big smile and warm heart. I got a personalized engraved gold plate for a cigar box. It came out perfect. He cut it, and perfectly mounted it on the box! Thank you so much Alex! Great warm welcoming service and the work was absolutely perfect!!!!!! Thanks for staying a little later and taking care of me!

The first time I went to the shop, I waited at the front door for a good while for the store to open. (It was after 10:00 am) So I left with kind of a bad impression. I did however come back later on in the day to turn in a few of my watches. I called Alex several days later to see where he was on getting them taken care of, came in and paid a good price. Mike 3/19/12 Found Alex on Google, hes in the Publix shopping center at Abernathy and Roswell Roads, near Ippolitos. Great service, very customer-oriented owner. Alex replaced my watch battery in a few minutes at a fraction of the price mall locations charged me in the past. Parking is close by, free and plentiful. I recommend Alex highly.

He changed my battery in about 10 minutes, for 1/3 the price that Id been quoted at other jewelers and where Id originally purchased it. He was friendly, prompt, and affordable, and Ill definitely be back!
