I have shopped at Withrows Jewelers for approximately 23 years. They have always been wonderful! It is a family run business that cares about their customers. They have a really lovely selection of jewelry (both new & estate). If they dont have what you are looking for they can either find it for you or custom make it for you. I have had numerous items made for me and they are always beautiful & well made. Their prices are excellent. I also have always found them to be very honest. Initially, when I first started having custom jewelry made for me I would shop around to see where I could get the best price. I found that no one could match Withrows prices and the quality of the gems and craftsmanship! I have been extremely happy with everything they have repaired, sold, or made for me over the years. I would not go anywhere else to custom make an item or make a major jewelry purchase. Withrows is my Jeweler!

I only discovered Withrow Jewelers six or seven years ago. I have found that family owned business are operated with a tremendous amount of love and attention. The store is immaculate, the selection is mouth-watering, the employees are exceptional. I have only had wonderful service. Here is a quick story: a month or two after loosing my mother, I look down up and realize that one of my beautiful bracelets had fallen off. (a different kind of devastation) When I walked into Withrow Jewelers, I was hugged then I was told that they would find me another bracelet at a below retail price. I have been a customer of Withrow Jewelers for over 20 years. The owner and employees are very pleasant and honest. They repair and replace watch batteries in a very timely manner and the jewelry/watches are always ready when they say they will be. I have had a couple of watches repaired over the years, and they do a great job. There prices are very reasonable too. They have a very nice estate jewelry area. They also have a very nice variety of jewelry that will work with anyones budget. I would highly recommend Withrow Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs.

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD, WAS MADE TO WAIT WHILE EMPLOYEE CHATTED IN THE BACK THEN CAME OUT TO MAKE ME REPEAT THE REPAIR WHICH SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALREADY DOING, THEN TURNED AROUND AND DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE AND WAS RUDE ABOUT ME QUESTIONING THE PRICE ON A REPAIR THAT i WAS ONLY CHARGE HALF THE AMOUT 2 DAYS PRIOR.
