Luis is highly unprofessional and should not be a manager. We went in to return a dead fish, and had our purchase under the phone number. We were explaining this to the lady helping us, and he buts in with "do you have your receipt?!" We replied with "no", and he told us we have to have the receipt as well as a sample of water in order to return it. But he will do it this one time for us. He rudely tells the girl to help the next customer while he "deals" with us. He goes in his back office and comes back out telling us he found it. I explain that Ill be going to PetSmart from now on, he cuts me off with a "WHY", in a extremely rude tone. I explain that its because they never require a printed receipt, theyll look it up under the phone number. He explains that its policy, but then has the nerve to say "Im doing this return as a courtesy". I went into PetSmart shortly after and confirmed that even though it takes them longer, theyll do it. So, screw Petco. Ill be going to PetSmart. Printed receipts are a thing of the past, get with the times already!

My Yellow Lab Dale was mistreated at a big chain store in Corona, I saw the groomer drag my then 7-months old puppy by the leash into the back room, after that he started shaking as soon as we get there, wouldnt even walk in their door. Switched to Petco Eastvale, at first he was very nervous, shaking and reluctant to walk into the door to the grooming saloon, Lauren, the grooming specialist, walks out from behind the counter and pet Dale, made him comfortable then led him into the grooming saloon. Now weve been there 3 times and Dale is very comfortable going there, leaving a tail wagging puppy. My special thanks to Lauren, Dale said Woof! Woof! What a difference between these two big chain stores.

The reptiles are always sick and malnourished. The last time I was there, the bearded dragons were all on the verge of death and they had them on sale to try and make a quick profit before they died off
