GREAT EXPERIENCE. I almost chose not to stop at this location due to the previous review but its the closest one to my house. I have been there 5 times now and have had great experiences. The employees are knowledgeable and take their time answering all of my questions about fish, dog food, etc. I suppose there are new workers there this year or something. In the past I went to PETCOs competition for pet supplies but they knew little about their products. I highly recommend this PETCO location.

I went in to order a dog food and waited forever to speak with someone! When I finally ordered what I needed I was told that next Friday I would get a call and it would be in....I called that Friday asking if my order came in ...waited to speak with someone for a half hour and found out my.order was never even placed....I called the mission viejo store first ring and extremely polite and they had everything I was looking for !

I like this Petco because of its convenient location and helpful staff. There is always someone to help you if you cant find something. staff is friendly and there is almost never a wait. My only complaint is the selection is smaller than some of the bigger pet supply stores around.

Great customer service! We have been loyal customers for about 9 months now and every time we go in we learn something new. Our "son" Ronnie (English bulldog) never wants to leave the store!

Always helpful and friendly so far, have a bearded dragon and get my crickets here, they live the longest compared to Pets mart. Great selection for a small petco.
