Grooming review!! This Petsmart is phenominal. After me rescheduling twice on these guys they somehow squeezed in my 75lb, long haired GSD for a bath that same day. I arrived a little early and we immediately got started on signing the permission form and they even offered to do the furminator treatment on him.. even though they were packed when we got there. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!! It took awhile, but it was well worth the wait. Received a call from Alexandrea and went to pick up my fluff monster.. he looks and feels AMAZING! and hes so happy. Thank you Petsmart and Alexandrea! You have really outdone yourselves.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL behavior + awful attitude from an employee named Andrea who works with FISH. She would not sell us a small fish (balloon molly) to go with our ONE other fish for a 5.5 Gal tank, because she said our tank wasnt large enough for TWO FISH! She was defensive and trying to control the conversation and then said, "you can just talk to my manager". She has a negative attitude, shes never on the floor unless paged, then when she comes out she looks and talks like shes been taking a nap in the back room. She always seems to be tired, crabby, and just plain rude.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with grooming, my dog went to grooming at Petco and never had any trouble came out super happy and then I took her once to PET SMART and she is now traumatized. After her experience the whole week she was shaking and didnt eat or want to leave her bed. If we raised our voice even a little she would start shaking. Horrible. Dont take you pups there, Petco is way better, they are more PATIENT and LOVING with the dogs they actually DO LOVE dogs!!! Or just do more research on the places you want to take your pets for grooming!!

Do not buy the fish from this place!!! Of course the fish go through bouts of diseases but the staff did not even bother to tell me that some were sick. Its a shared water system so they all pretty much get sick at once. I had been coming here a few times a week and have spent hundreds of dollars here. I cant believe the neglect the staff had. All my tanks at home got infected and four weeks later Im left with only 5 sick fish. The rest? Dead. Its painful to treat your fish for the diseases and still watch them die. Ill never shop here again.

They have products for all types of animals. Theres a large selection for pretty much anything youre looking for. They have an attached vet clinic, and they do cat adoptions on most weekends. They offer training classes for dogs and grooming. They have birds, rodents, freshwater fish, and some reptiles for sale. The employees are friendly and helpful. The few times Ive needed to exchange something or get a refund it was very easy to do.

Lots of product of many different things except what I was looking for .. I had mad fleas and needed a stronger bomb ( I have a cat but they only have 1 bomb by dog stuff) and to find it I had to ask someone it was on bottom shelf way in corner I never would have found it. And they only had one choice. Seemed odd since almost everyone gets fleas at some point. Even local Stater bros had a better selection.

Ive been taking my dogs for years and all of a sudden if you dont show up exactly on time they give your appointment away and say oh well too bad (I was a few minutes late). Then come to find out they didnt even have my dog scheduled for a hair cut even though the dog has been there before and always gets a hair cut. Total incompetence. Take your business else where. I am.

I always love how the receptionist is kind and courteous. They really care about the animals you bring in. No animal wants to go to the vet. I know my dog doesnt. They make it as easy as possible and are very reassuring. Ive never been to a location that I didnt like.

Biggest pet store in the area that I have found. Great selection and a variety of products for a vast array of animals. The prices arent great but what pet store is cheap right, its as good as the next. They are good with return policy.

Alma was amazing w my dogs she was so careing and honest about what they needed. And my dogs went home happy and smelling great she did a wonderful job!! My dogs have never looked or felt better!
