Needed to get my animals out of the house for 6 hours. I called petsmart for grooming services. Figured, if they have to be out of the house why bot get em pretty. 2 dogs and 2 cats for baths and nails. Asked for an appointment for a week out. They said bring the dogs but they arnt taking any "new kitties". Great policy guys. I have some of the best behaved animals and you wont even look at them or ask me to bring them by to see if you can accommodate. I live across the street from you. You just lost a customer for grooming and all other services, which is sad because two of my animals were adopted through you!

Take my son here its like a zoo for him and its free lol take my dog in here and they do amazing my dog is....tough and they still do an excellent job! Ask for the manager she does amazing and my dog LOVES her! They are all food though. Very sweet staff all of them!!! Love it here

Took in my English bull terrier with a short white coat very easy to clean ..paid 60 bucks ,when I picked him up he was still dirty, they didnt clean his teeth as they said they were and ears were even dirty ..really felt ripped off if u decide to go hopfully they do a better job.

Our dogs and I like that you can take an obedience class at Petsmart over and over until youre happy with the results. Kim, the head teacher for dogs here, is really good at teaching dogs in a calm, assertive manner. Cesar Milan would be proud :)

I love taking my husky here, great staff all the time and also the vet is always so nice and helpful and answering my questions. I also take my puppy here for her puppy baths the staff are just great. Overall great service here.

I like to buy my dog food here. They have a big selection and in all price ranges. I was really nervous about changing my dogs food thinking he wouldnt eat the new stuff Jenny helped me find the right food

They dont have Oxbow- Cavy Performance food for baby Guinea Pigs. They lady treated me like an idiot for asking for it.
