After checking so many "famous" and so advertised jewelry stores I still couldnt find what I was looking for. As the big day was getting closer and closer I was checking the internet more and more intense for stores .....the Ancona Jewelers showed up... I stepped into Ancona Jewelers store in Addison IL...Everything... customer service, jewelry selection and the availability to work around my terms was at the highest level. The Jewelry selection is beautiful and unique. The customer service...is wonderful...it was a real pleasure to talk to those people, they wont try to sell you the most expensive ring but they will let you make the choice and even order new models for you....and in really short time. Good Job Ancona Family! By the way..this is a family owned and operated business....so no extra corporate things to experience.

When you decide to make a purchase in a jewelry store its in investment in either your relationship or your look. I decided to do business with Ancona a few years back and the decision could not be more rewarding! Although most my transactions have been with Tony the entire family has made me feel welcome wether Im buying or not. I have purchased for my mother, my spouse, my niece and myself. Phenomenal experience with Ancona Jewelers! A family business that treats you like family. Started working with Enzo when I first thought about proposing but had no idea what I was doing. (Absolutely zero pressure, was extremely patient with me.) Helped educate me on the entire process, helped us find the PERFECT Tacori engagement ring/the perfect diamond/the perfect wedding bands, and helped take good care of us on the financing. Ive been using Ancona Jewelers for over 10 years. Each time I use them it reminds me why I only go there for my jewelry. I am pleasantly pleased each time I finish the process of buying a beautiful piece. What i like most is quality and customization of each piece I purchase. My last piece was a wedding band, my original didnt fit and I wanted something a little nicer. They walked me through the process and came up with something I absolutely love. The staff was very knowledgeable an helpful, especially Paola who was my main point of contact during my time finding my now wifes an engagement ring, wedding band, and my ring.
