I have found my own personal Jeweler. I live in PA and send everything to RJ. I first found them on Ebay I think two years ago. Since finding them I not only have purchased a number of items from them I have sent items to them for repair or sizing. Not only is the quality amazing but I trust them with everything right down to repairing my mothers rings. They are quick to answer all your questions even if the answer is not what you expected, meaning they tell the truth. I have purchased many items from local stores in the past and never have gotten the service and personalization that I get with RJ. I have also sent friends to them that needed sizing or repairs. Nothing will ever come close to my experiences with them. I will never again shop any place else even if it means convenience. I will never put convenience above Quality and Service ever again now that I have found RJ. Thank you so much for everything RJ!!!!!

Roughly 18 years or so ago I needed to sell all my jewelry and other valuable items so I came here. After that life got better for me so I didnt have a need to come back. One day about a month ago I was in desperate need of cash as the car broke down. I had forgotten about this little place & ended up elsewhere which less than a week after that I ended up back here after over 18 years. This man & his family & employees are super nice, very honest, and they always have a friendly smile waiting to welcome you no matter how long in between visits. I was there today 4/12/14 and while waiting for my turn it was just a nice friendly atmosphere. If I ever have a need again I will for sure come back here because I appreciate the fair price I was given and the amount of respect that I was treated with by everyone. I would recommend that if you are in need you go here because they will treat you well.

I love my jewelry and I love to create new pieces for my family and friends. Thats why I ONLY have RJ Jewelry touch all my repairs and help me create new pieces. I have been going to RJ for almost 20 years. Since I wear my jewelry often, there is always something I damage and their repair work is perfect. I have bought many new pieces from them and they have helped me create numerous new pieces for myself and family members. They are totally trustworthy and the best part is that in most repairs they can do them right on site. This saves travel time and the worry that my jewelry might be lost in transit. I also buy all my computers and camera at RJ. Their prices are incredible and I love the fact that if the electronic item purchased are guaranteed.

I have been doing business with RJ Jewelry & Loan Co. for over 12 years. I have always found the staff to be focused and professional. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and they always provided excellent service. If I was looking to pawn items they always provided me the best price on the item and they treated me in a professional manner. Those times that I was late with a payment they always provided me options to repay the load. If the loan payment exceeded 30 days they always prorated the additional amount owed on the item and never charged me a full months fee for just going past the initial 30 days. The staff has excellent emotional intelligence skills and I have always found it a pleasure to work with them.

The process was fast and easy and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The employees there are really friendly and happy to help with everything I needed. I brought in a necklace that broke. The first time I got it fixed at a different place. They said I would get it back the next day, but didnt end up getting it back until a couple days later, plus it broke again the following day. I brought my necklace to this place and they fixed it right away and charged me less than the 1st place I brought it to. The owners are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

I came here to have two 30 year old heirloom wedding bands sized & I needed them quickly ! I paid about $55 for both (one sized 3 sizes up and one sized down) and they were done within an hour. They looked great. One ring was a little small so I called to see if they could fix it & I brought it in that same day. The jeweler fixed it literally in seconds & it fit perfectly. Thank you.
