Never had a problem with them in past! But since they moved their terriable!!!brought in a watch an a southwestern watch cuff an picked out a watch bands to go with it ( not expensive at all 9 bucks!)anyway asked if the could put the watch on the cuffs an the band on,told me they would have it ready today by the end of the buisness day,when I didnt hear from them I decided to call!thats when I was told by "MARGO"That it would take a week to put a watch band on!!an when I told her that I was told today,she replied "no way" the gal that told me it would be done told her she never said that!even on my invoice it said expected delivery date as today the 19th,("hummm)then I was told that "Margo" would get back to me in a few minutes after she checks progress,well never called!!!so I said the hell with it,! dont like being called a lier!!!went to the store to get my property back an was asked why I wanted back ?I replied 1 dont like being called a lier,2nd no one got back to me!an again the lady I encountered was sitting there trying to tell me she never gave me a time when asked about the invoice she replied the computer types the pick-up dates it self!!!Really???and the band that I was going to buy,she took it away and said"Thats ours!!!!"quote unquote!used to love the place but I guess they only want hi end stuff in an out an those who dont care when they get their merchandise!!!!!!oh!!! as I was leaving I was told we were going to work on it sat!!!

I was looking for a jeweler to design my wedding ring, on a budget, in exchange for old gold... Hmmm, too much to ask for the other 3 jewelers I went to. Mark had no problem doing all of these things! I was able to remount my sweeties grandmothers stone, design my ring, and buy his band. There was a lot of work to the design, but they improvised to get the look I wanted. All that & done in less than a week!! Customer service is an A+. I will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs.

Brought in a ring for repair. They had to do so much work to reshape the ring and replace some stones. I almost cried when my husband brought it home the other day. It is beautiful and looks brand new! Ruth has a wonderful and knowledgeable team working for her. This is definitely a place to go when looking for jewelry or needing repairs...and while youre there, enjoy a meal or a drink at their restaurant!
