It is very hard to accurately voice how good the service was at Lustigs. Heres a list of what I felt was the best: 1. Instantly greeted and helped upon entering the store. 2. Patient, understanding, and compassionate staff. 3. The store is immaculate, spotless, and well lit. 4. The staff is not pushy. 5. Dan, the manager, is extremely easy to get in contact with. He will respond to emails extremely quickly and will call to follow up within a day or two. 6. Everyone takes great care in your special purchase. 7. Dan was eager to work with me on my price ranges and helped us pick out the perfect setting and stone. 8. It was easy to tell they were being honest. 9. The styles of his rings range from very classy and traditional to unique and exciting. 10. His jeweler, Roman, is very talented and dedicated. The word "Expert" comes to mind. 11. I do not believe I could have been helped better by any other store. There was not an issue that could not be resolved, a concern that could not be handled, and I felt that everyone in the store truly cared about my purchase. Dan took the time to get to know me and my girlfriend/future fiancee on a personal basis which made the purchase just seem like so much more than a purchase. I could go on and on--- Lustig Jewlers is highly recommended. If you are purchasing something as important as an engagement ring or wedding band, this is the place to do it.
