My Fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Paul for my engagement ring (and we will definitely be working with him for wedding rings). We cannot speak any higher of Paul; he is honest, patient, kind and educated us on what to look for when purchasing a diamond. He met with myself and my Fiance on several occasions to understand exactly what we wanted to create for a custom-made engagement ring. Since we needed to create the ring, he also worked with us to find the perfect stones that fit our price range. If Paul doesnt have a particular stone or ring design you are looking for he will get it and/or create it for you. My ring is stunning and it is what I will want to wear the rest of my life. We highly suggest working with Paul even if you live in the city.

That all changed once I stopped in to Paul Martin Jewelers. Paul was very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. I was looking for a very particular style of ring, and Paul helped by making a custom ring with the exact setting and stone that I was looking for. They do repairs and appraisals, too, and they do a wonderful job for both. Their prices are very competitive. The best of both worlds--very professional, but not stuffy. Just great!

They dont have onsite jeweler at all. Just want adding the bail to the pendants. Hold my sample jewelry for over a week, ending up with no quote. The owner looks really stupid with no knowledge at all. Make simple things complex with no solution. Found another jeweler to work with easily.
