The lady at this place was so rude. They never allow his touch and feel the Jewels. She was so rude that she could only spend 5 mins with me as she is busy at the store. When I said Im also a customer, she said "you dont look like". Moreover, they are selling Jewels without Bill to avoid taxes. When I came out, I talked to one of their Staff at the parking lot and he said sorry for the behavior of the girl. He says their employees are not being paid on time and some people are paid under-wage. They hold most the peoples passport and threaten them to work overtime. Please dont go there. The quality is not good and they dont treat the customer and they are really rude and using harsh words. They are cheating the customer by not giving genuine gold.

I would suggest... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. Very unprofessional .... Egoistic and hostile management. The lady, seems to be the owner, is not at all interested in keeping business! She is totally ignorant towards new customers and does not want to disclose the pricing mechanism, but rather boasts off that they are 35 years into this business, which appears to be set up by someone else and I have no doubt, she is all set to closing it down soon with her customer relations, I am NOT going to them again, NO WAY!!! And I suggest, you might want to try them if you do not want to know how the stuff you buy from them is priced and be ready to be insulted. The lady should learn how to treat customers.

I call and inquire gold price over the phone and some how phone got disconnected so I couldnt understand the last part store lady owner told me, so I call again and politely told that sorry phone was disconnected, could you please repeat the price you told me. Lady got angry on me and says that I can not keep holding phone for you, I told you once the price. As I said above that phone was disconnected but look like she is very rude. I told her that I will take my business some where else. As other person also wrote review about this lady and place it is absolutely correct. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
