AAA jewelry is a real diamond in the neighborhood. We went to several jewelry stores looking for a place to make my girlfriends engagement ring. Not only were they not pushy, but they educated us on what to look for and what we could do in creating our own ring. When I thought I should spend more money to make it look nicer, they assured me I didnt have to do that. It took months for us to figure out what we wanted and they were very patient with us. The ring is beautiful and we could not be more satisfied. We just ordered my wedding band there too. They have a great selection, reasonable prices and the staff has been very helpful. A big shout out to Mike, Dave and Jim!!

The customer service is more than horrible. All the time we come with my husband to size a ring or to look around we feel like they are doing effort for us. We wanted to get all wedding rings at one place, but with them it was very hard. When we asked for any samples or just to show any rings, it felt like we just taking time from them and their is nothing to look or think. I believe they are making too much money selling the diamonds that they do not care about their clients at all. Thank you!

Not sure what the negative reviewer had a problem with. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful - they treat you like family. Mike and Jimmy were great - they helped design a custom engagement ring for my wife, and it turned out perfect and the price was way lower than I thought it would be.

I bought my wife a ring to replace the one she lost. Mike was honest and very helpful. My wife was very happy when she got her new ring and the service was great. The person who thought the service was terrible must have gone to a different store than the one we used.

If youre trying to sell gold jewelry, theyre straight market-value. If youre trying to sell coins, go to either a smelter or a private collector. Youre more likely to get higher payout. Professional, not friendly, and definitely lowball.
