Went in last week to get a price for repairs on an antique ring that I have. I had been at Jared a few days before and they wanted almost $1,000 to fix it. Also, they kept trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. When I went in to Paoluccis I was helped right away by Tom who was very friendly as well as very knowledgeable. He said the price would only be $90. What a huge savings! Of course I was nervous about leaving it there but Tom took the time to show me the ring through the magnifier and point out several unique areas on the diamond. That way I would know when I got it back that the diamond hadnt been changed. What a great idea. The ring was ready within just a few days and looks absolutely beautiful!. This was definitely the best experience Ive ever had at a jeweler. Also, they have some beautiful pieces. I will definitely be going back. Ive already sent one of my friends there.

Just went in there to sell a 14kt gold chain that was well over 5 grams which is 24 a gram at the time of this review. walked in they sent me to tom Who took the chain in the in the back (which always makes me nervous) and he proceeded to tell me he could do $36 dollars? and as i sat shocked telling him that doesnt make sense i know its real 14kt gold and he said it weighed about 3 grams but he uses "Penny weight" and then told me to take the price or get out of his store cause he has other customers. this guy was a complete dick over priced jewerly dont go here! i also took the chain to a place on ogden ave and it weighed 5.6 grams and i got 125 for it this guy is a liar.

I love Paolucci Jewelers and the owners. Tom, Mary, and Christina make each and every visit very personable! Paolucci Jewelers carries the Pandora collection and I love going there for all my Pandora needs. They even give my jewelry a complimentary cleaning while Im there! They have a great jewelry selection and even offer custom made jewelry. Ive gone to Paolucci Jewelers multiple times for all sorts of different things (Pandora, watch battery, earrings, necklaces, etc.) and have never been disappointed. I will continue to bring my business and refer others to Paolucci due to their excellent customer service and their beautiful jewelry selection.

Tom was so extremely rude to me today when I wanted an estate ring sized.....I asked for a better price and he said to me I DONT NEGOTIATE ON REPAIRS...and then walked away without saying another word.........I had a purse full of cash and also wanted to purchase a gift for myself.......guess another local jeweler will get my business....If I could give negative stars - I would!

I went into the store on today looking for a nice ring to purchase for myself, ask the sales associate of I get sized and she told me she gave the ring sizer to a couple that was getting engaged. I am like "what." Not sure how you can work in the jewelry business and not be able to accommodate your customers. Needless to say, I will take my business somewhere else.
