When did Kroger decide to close the stores in the area early today for computer maintenance? I asked two store employees about it and they did not have much information. I asked a Manager if there was an update on social media and he said no. The Kroger website does not indicate the store closed at 9pm today. My shopping was cut short. I could have shopped at Bushs or Meijer tonight. Understand urgent computer issues, but with technologies available the community could have been alerted.

This is my favorite location as most other Krogers are just too busy. Milan is a small town so this location is a little less busy and maybe a little more friendly than the ones in town. They always have what we need and you dont have to fight for a parking spot or worry about being run over. Its a grocery store and it sells all the things youd expect. They also have a Kroger Gas Bar, with great gas prices and you can get discounts with your Kroger card. Just more to like.

Staff- top notch. Store and products - Horrible. Out of sale items all the time. Produce is soft and full of knats..I stopped buying from here. A week after I grocery shop my bread and produce items are moldy. Almost feels like your buying left overs that nobody wanted. Nasty ! I love kroger, but not this store. Im switching grocery stores.

2 stars for very helpful staff. Its kind of hit or miss on what will be in stock or fresh. Seems like anything I always buy here tends to get discontinued. Quite disappointing, most of the time I have to bag my own groceries. Doesnt seem quite right since I usually spend over $200.00 a week here. (Would love to have a Buschs in Milan.)

Doesnt look like much from the outside and not flattering on the inside. This Kroger does not have a fresh meat counter and it lacks in the organic department (2 sad, small rows by produce). I can say the employees are friendly and helpful and they always greet you in their departments and have a conversation with you at checkout.

The bagger we got this time did everything alsume!! Double bagged what needed to be what was ALSUME!! Not only was one bag doubled the stuff inside was wrapped up plus double bagged that bagger knows what to do dont get those very much

2 in one week have stopped for gas at 6:20 and no one has opened the station. today 5/11 there was 3 cars there and no attendant.

People are nice, but it seems like they are always out of what I am looking for and it takes forever for them to get items when they are out.

This Kroger is located in a smaller, older building but still has the wide selection of products as most larger Krogers.

Decent selection of goods but not near the variety of bigger Krogers. You can buy liquor here at decent prices.
