I understand that theyre rearranging the store, but the cant even properly label where the items are now located. What wouldve normally taken me 20 minutes to shop for took almost an hour, and employees dont even know where items are located when you ask them. The cashier didnt ask if I found everything okay because Sofya mustve known that I, like all the over customers I encountered, most certainly did not find everything okay. There was no apology for the complete lack of organization and there was no notice posted for when theyd be done. Some aisles were half stocked and mislabeled which is completely unprofessional; this hasnt been a couple days its been over a week now and they shouldve taken care of this by now. I am DONE shopping at this Kroger even though I am a Kroger plus member and love the deals. I will be taking my business to a Michigan based company (Meijer) which offers deals and coupons without even needing a membership because all of the other krogers in my area are not any more well organized and before the recent change this was truly the most well organized Kroger I had ever been to, and thats only because they kept the floor plan of the hillers that they bought out for well over a year before completely screwing everything up.

Just left there this is my 3time coming here asking for assistance and they act like you asking them to buy food. I asked for something to be searched for I was told he didnt have time to look for what I wanted. Last week I ask the manager with the white hair for help on looking for Hawaiian rolls he told me they over there. I said I didnt see any white bread could you see if its any in stock he walked away with his basket he always having doing nothing and acted like he didnt hear me. This location never has perch fish, neck bones , turkey drums nothing and if u ask they give you a attitude. Its ridiculous I pend almost 500 here every two weeks to get little to no assistance... New MANAGEMENT, NEW EMPLOYEES with better attitudes are definitely needed. The two years Ive CE here because its close to home not one has been an outstanding experience it gets worse every visit

Very rude staff and customers. I rarely ever make comments about places, but this ome was warranted. One of the deli guys wouldnt move after i kindly saud excuse me when i was trying to grab some salsa. He was busy talking to a customer right where i was trying to go. Instead of moving over a couple inches he pointed at what i needed and said it was right there, apparently expecting me to just reach right through him. Finally he moved after 10 seconds, along with him and the customer he was with giving me a dirty look and scowl. There were other instances in the same experience where customers were rude. Im a white guy, but this place reeks of the stereotype of "uppity white people". Really sad and gives people like me a bad taste. Giant stick in their asses here..

Kroger offers some really good deals through their free membership, reduced price at kroger gas stations and some really great food sales. I was converted to Kroger, having shopped at the Meijer, and frankly Ive never looked back. They have an all-around great selection and I cant complain about the cheaper Kroger brand they offer on select items. Solid produce section, tons of junk food, a good selection in their foreign isles, ect. Im not 21 but they have a lot of booze, which Ive scoped out myself in preparation, and a huge shelf of wines. Im telling you people, youll get some amazing deals if you get a Kroger Card and look for sales here. Ive never had a problem with the staff and its everything I could ask for in a local grocery store.

I have been coming to this Kroger for almost two years and after going today that might change and I will try not to come to this one as much . I had horrible costumer service from Nicole , I dont know if you would even call it costumer service . I was not aknoleged one bit Becuae she was flagging some one down to order her food obnoxiously as she was scanning my groceries it felt very odd no hi no how are you no nothing and very rude to her coworker She Didnt even tell me my total I just handed her the cash Becuae she was just standing there talking Very weird experience poor costumer service . There is a difference between having a bad day and not wanting to talk, and just being plain rude and inconsiderate.

Everything is fine but the meat Dept. Twice Ive gotten "fresh fish" only to get sick once right after eating and then opening up some rotting smelling fish that mushed like mashed potatoes and once was with the turkey I bought it was rotting as well. They really need to revise thier time stamping, each time I purchased these items they still had 3+ days before they needed to be sold. Id rate lower but the staff is friendly and everything seems fine besides the meat/seafood, never again.

Except the ladies who works in the bakery department . This store has the worst customer service ever. its located right in front my residence complex "Portsmouth Apartments" but even with that I stopped going their almost a week now, while I used to do shopping there at least 4 times per week. Not just me who stopped going there because of the bad costumer service, my wife, my parents and my brothers family who lives in the same neighborhood stopped going there as well.

This used to be a nice store. I come here in the morning to get my lunch for work as its right around the corner. Id say for the past year the store has been slacking on the two most important factors: Stocking produce and cleanliness. The bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty with toilet paper strewn all over and never any paper towel in the dispenser. Im 100% sure Ive never walked in and found it another way.

Flies on the donuts. I spotted two flies flying inside the donuts counter. I told one of the workers, and she just ignored me. I told another one, she said there was nothing she could do. A few minutes later I saw them scaring the flies out of the counter leaving all the donuts and muffins on their places. So, think twice before you grab one of those donuts, bagels or muffins.

Its busy but you get through quick! I enjoy taking my daughter here because she likes the police car and taxi carts that she can drive around. As a stay-at-home mom who has to go shopping alone with my kiddo I feel lucky to have such a great women working the self-checkouts who help me keep my little one occupied so I can make it out with my groceries and my sanity!

Good location. Managers attitude was not the best. My daughter was in a major car accident and I used the special needs basket for her. The manager approaching me saying it is only for special needs people. He needs sensitivity training. People with special needs do not always show outward signs. Also the parking lot needs more spaces

This store is the best. Its convenient, the staff are extremely helpful, the products are always fresh, and the prices are usually pretty great. On the one occasion I had to make a return of some eggs that werent the freshest, the manager was professional, polite, and accommodating. I will definitely shop here again.
