One of the worst experiences I have had. I had my triple forward helix pierced at Tattoo Bills on 10/25/2016. When I arrived, the piercing artist was outside on the bench in front of the store. He did not acknowledge me. After waiting ten to fifteen minutes he returned to the counter. I asked a few questions and he was short and rude. I had called earlier and been given the price of $60 jewelry included. However when I asked, he said it was $70. I explained that I had called earlier and the guy who answered the phone had told me otherwise. He simply brushed it off as a "miscommunication". I got pierced anyway against my better judgement. The piercing process seemed to take too long and was painful. He could not get the jewelry in correctly and the whole process was sloppy. After leaving, I was concerned with the placement of the piercing as well as the jewelry used. In order to get a second professional opinion, I visited Sadu Body Piercing and Modifications. Cindy, one of the professional piercers expressed concern over the placement of the piercing. She explained that the holes were uneven, and the first hole was prone to rejection due to the piercing being made too shallow, and not pierced correctly through the cartilage. You are able to feel the bar of the jewelry through the outermost part of the ear, unlike the other two piercings. She also explained that the jewelry used is externally threaded and in other words is cheap. She was extremely nice and seemed knowledgable/credible. Her advice was to take the jewelry out in order to avoid problems. I wanted to follow her advice and take out the piercings, allow it to heal, and have it repierced at a different piercing location. I returned to Tattoo Bills to respectfully voice my dissatisfaction. I spoke with the piercing artist and he immediately became defensive. He agreed that the placement could be better. I asked for a refund of my $70 and he refused while becoming increasingly more irritated, and yelling to his other coworkers sitting nearby that a refund would not be granted. He offered to repierce the piercing, but this did not satisfy me. Why would someone want a poor piercing redone at the same place and risk having to go through the same painful process with a chance of having the same poor results? That does not make sense. The owner was sitting near the front of the shop and could overhear what was going on and realized I was not pleased with the response I had gotten. He asked me what the issue was. I politely explained and was again given the same answer. Meanwhile, the piercer yelled that he, "does not like those dykes at Sadu Body Piercing" and basically that their opinion is not valid. I was given $30 by one of the other guys there who clearly just wanted to resolve the issue, however I am still unsatisfied. I wanted the piercing removed along with the rest of my $40. Their behavior was inappropriate, offensive and they displayed very poor customer service. I have had another bad piercing experiences here when I got my Tragus pierced. They pushed the needle too far and stabbed the inner part of my ear near the conch. I am appalled by their behavior and lack of concern for recurring clients. I will never return to this place and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of how awful my experiences have been.

Great experience at TBs. Everyone was nice and greeted me when I came in. Now for the things people look for when looking to get a tattoo done: 1. Shop was very clean! 2. Professional for start to finnish 3. Pricing is pretty much around what others worth their salt who have been around for years are charging. SO no complaints on that. 4. Each artist has a portfolio both online and at the shop. 5. I can tell them what you want and they will take their time, sketch it and make your tattoo to your liking. Will also give you an honest, professional recommendation if the feel what your going for may not come out the way you would like (i.e. color ) and offer an alternative. Meaning they care about the integrity of their work and the customer ultimately being happy with their tattoo. The only reason 5 stars was not given was their was one Con. They didnt give me or tell me what do as far as aftercare for my tattoo. Now I know this may be due to the fact that I mentioned this would be/is my 5 tattoo but hey even vets so to speak need a reminder :) Perhaps they had some info lying around I missed but it still would have been nice to be told or have it pointed out even if I didnt asks which I didnt. Other than that, I almost wish I had another tattoo to get so I could go back and have it done at TBs. Over all great experience, minus the macho, Im so cool over the top tattoo pallor vibe you get from some other shops. Trent did my tattoo and he was great! Go to Tattoo Bills !

Frank was amazing and informative on my first session with my tattoo removal today. I am excited to see the results. I would absolutely recommend visiting him if you are considering tattoo removal. I cant say much about the other services they offer. Everyone was very friendly while I waited in the store. Although, I disappointed with the piercing services. I just wanted a damaged ear ring removed and was pleased that the cost was very minimal. There is a $50 limit to run a card. I was a little surprised by that but... When I said I didnt have any cash on me and not to worrie about it, he mentioned that there was an ATM machine. Although I appreciated the suggestion, I didnt want to pay as much in bank service fee as I was for his service. I told him no and that it was ok... I explained that I had just ran my card for the tattoo removal treatments. But before I could say... So I will absolutely be back and I will plan to have it removed at my next treatment... With attitude the gentleman then asked me "am I supposed to work for free?" Then directed his attention to the next customer. I was speechless. It was quite rude and shocking after the polite service I received from everyone else. I assume he was just having a bad day. I did not get the vibe that was the type of business they run there. But the experience kept me from posting 5 stars for the establishment as a whole.

i just got my 8th tattoo here. i called first, and the man said they werent so busy but i should come within an hour. but due to traffic i got there late so there a pretty long wait. but thats okay bc the customer service was great!! they asked me what i wanted, made friendly conversation about my other tattoos, the guy was really cool. i really liked the owner, bill, because he sat with everyone while they were waiting and told us some really cool stories about his tattoos and his wife. thats something ive never seen before, he really engaged with us. the only thing was the guy at the front got a little irritated when inasked him to change the size of my tattoo, but it was busy and it was the third time i asked. understandable, but hey this will be permanently on my body. the artist, mike, was super sweet and did the tattoo quickly and it didnt hurt, but he made sure to ask me if it was. i definetley will be back, but next time i will make an appointment. 10/10 would recommend.
