There was about 6 people working and no one helped me. I was clearly standing by the register. Eventually, a lady by the parts service counter asked if I need any help, I replied yes. She told me to go other there so she could help me, I did. I placed products on the counter and pulled out my wallet. She asked if I needed any parts, I said no. Then she said this was parts service and I couldnt check out there. Well, why do you think I was standing by the main register? I walked back to my original spot and waited some more.

This particular Auto Zone provides great customer service. The employees are very helpful and you never leave with unanswered questions. The only con is that the area that this store is located at is not the best place for an auto parts store because of the many people who loiter. You will find that these people are mostly homeless people or people in need of money. I knocked off a star for that very reason, but overall the store is well maintained and offers great service.

This is the store your mechanic goes to get stuff. You have to have a very specific need, and know what it is, but they have bailed me out when all the chain stores let me down. Winchester Auto is another good locally owned shop that stocks more than the chain stores. I just wish either of them were closer to home for me.
